Totally ignore all email correspondence. Received my order, but one item is mislabelled (much smaller than the other similar item, supposedly the same size). I have emailed and messaged their Instagram page, with pictures, asking for the exchange the mislabelled item for one of the correct size. Heard nothing. Very disappointed as the actual product quality is good, just I can’t use half of what I ordered.

I had not received my item that was due to be delivered 24/3/25. The seller has marked the item as dispatched but royal mail have not received the item. I have contacted seller through email and had no reply. I have since contacted through etsy and have been informed the order was lost in transit and has been resent 2 days ago however no communication received until i contacted her. Although the reviews on etsy are mostly positive I have seen many reviews with similar issues. I have now received the item and it's nice but communication was poor. Don't buy if you need item quickly and contact seller on etsy if you want a response, I get the impression their main focus is the orders from etsy not the website.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a dog lead and collar, expecting a quick delivery based on their website, which claims a 1-2 day delivery time. However, it's now been over 7 working days, and I still haven't received my order. To make matters worse, I emailed the company over 4 days ago to inquire about the delay, and I have yet to receive any response.

Additionally, the Royal Mail tracking number they provided is usless— it doesn't show any updates or progress. Wether or not I will recieve this order is yet to be confirmed. This is completely unacceptable, and I feel completely ignored and misled by this company. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid purchasing from them. The lack of customer service and false delivery claims make this a company I will never order from again.
