Their service was thoughtful and handled with the utmost dignity

I truely cant speak highly enough of Sharon and her team . From the very first phone call the compassion and care that was shown towards myself and a beautiful girl Tinkerbell was outstanding. My heart was totally broken and Sharon and her team went out of there way to ensure I got exactly what I wanted to make the grieving process as easy as possible.

I truely cant Thank these ladies enough for the love and respect they showed our girl and myself .
They kept me updated every step of the way .
The memorial frame was absolutely stunning with some extra surprises added in .
I will be for ever grateful.

They are exceptional at what they do. So caring and gentle, nothing was rushed. From the very first phone call I knew I had chosen the right people to take care of my boy. I was kept upto date every few days and the transportation to and from the crematorium was so dignified. They did my boy proud and im forever grateful.

My childhood dog Rebel died in 1985. He was cremated back then, at the time he was placed in a styrofoam container. I have kept him all these years. I wanted him placed in an updated container. Terri at Paws to Heaven was so sweet. I brought him in today. Rebel was transferred to a beautiful wood box with his name on top. This is the fourth time we have used Paws to Heaven. The company is simply the best! Like many families our pets mean so much to our hearts. Rebel has been moved to a more respectful place in our house with his new container. Still loved after all these years!🐾🐾🐾🐾

All the staff we have been in contact with have been wonderful, so caring and understanding. We knew our girl Guinness was being looked after by people who cared about her.

Sharon and her team looked after our dog Honey in such a respectful and dignified manner. We were not rushed through the process or pressured in any way. Honey’s favourite bunny rug we’d wrapped her in and her collar were returned just as promised. Nothing was too much trouble. The certificate and memorial box, paw and nose prints and lock of hair were all presented so beautifully. My children really appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of the extra paw and nose prints so everyone got a personal memento. We will treasure these keepsakes forever and recommend Paws to Heaven to everyone.

Sharon at Paws to Heaven showed so much compassion and understanding to us during our time of loss. She supported us through the entire process and was so geniune in her approach showing such care and support. From picking our girl up, to bringing her home, there was just so much empathy and kindness shown. The Rockface Sandstone Outdoor Urn personalised with our girls footprint and name is so beautiful and will have a special place in our garden (right in the sun where Dakota loved to lay). And the small wooden urn with paw prints will be kept indoors and close by along with the personalised certificate with her pawprint and cute nose print. It is just such a gorgeous tribute for our girl Dakota.

Everyone i came in contact with was very helpful, respectful and empathetic. It was super easy to get in contact with them as well and i was made to feel cared for. All staff were so understanding and i really appreciate how comfortable and easy they made the experience of parting with a loved pet.

Not only were they professional, but they made a painful experience for my family easier with their compassionate, helpful and respectful attention to detail. From the moment they collected our beautiful Teddy to the day they brought his ashes back to us, we were in good hands. I'm so glad we contacted them.
