Review Title: Complete Scam – "90-Day Guarantee" is Meaningless

Do not waste your money on Pawvie. This company relies on deceptive marketing and a "satisfaction guarantee" that they refuse to honor.

I purchased this mobility brace to help my dog’s stability and pain levels, but the product is incredibly cheaply made. It took nearly 4 weeks to be delivered. It doesn't stay on properly, provides zero actual support, and my dog hasn't been able to take a single functional step in it. It is essentially a piece of low-quality fabric that does nothing for a dog with real mobility needs.

When I reached out to return the item under their advertised 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, they hid behind "hygiene and safety regulations" to deny a refund—even though the item is in brand-new condition with the original packaging. They claim that because they sent the size I ordered, their job is done.

The "Guarantee" is a total scam. They lure you in with promises of "reducing pain" and "freer movement," but as soon as the product fails to perform as described, they lock your money away and offer "fitting instructions" for a product that clearly doesn't work.

If you care about your dog’s health and your own wallet, stay far away from Pawvie. They are selling false hope and cheap materials with a return policy designed to trap the customer.

I am completely unsatisfied with the…experience I had with Pawvie

I am completely unsatisfied with the customer service I was provided by Pawvie staff. When I ordered my brace for my 6 year old Doberman who has a full torn CCL. I measured him to ensure a proper fit. However, when I received the brace which took about a month to arrive. The brace did not fit him properly. He could not move comfortably. I also watched the online videos to make sure I was putting it on correctly. I decided it would be best to return. I only tried it on him once and kept all the original packaging. I didn't want to keep forcing it on him and risk anymore damage to my dog's CCL or the brace. When I initiated the return and sent pictures in to show the condition of the brace Pawvie said they would not refund me my money because due to sanitary reasons they cannot take it back. Like I said I only tried the brace on my dog one time because how else would I know if it was going to fit him. They also said that it was my fault for not measuring him correctly. I highly recommend you do your research before purchasing any products from Pawvie. The materials they use for their braces is not the best quality. I would consider spending a little more and buying from a company like Tailwinds who offer higher quality products and 100 percent better customer service. Pawvie has added to my stress of having to deal with my dog's injury which has been very expensive from all the vet expenses. I was really hoping that the brace would help him because he is a high risk for surgery so he can't even have that. But after this experience with Pawvie it only makes me feel worse.

Poor customer service and shoddy workmanship

I would give a zero star rating if possible. We purchased this item to help our dog prior to TPLO surgery. It took so long for it to arrive that we couldn't use it before surgery. Then we found out that both knees required surgery so we had no use for the Pawvie brace. Pawvie refused to refund our money even though we hadn't used the brace. Senior citizens on a fixed income didn't matter to them. Frankly, after close inspection of the dog brace I'm not sure how long it would last. Very cheaply made like it was assembled in a sweat shop. Poor customer service and shoddy workmanship. Do not buy!

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company! First, they refused us a refund even though the harness will never be used. The ONLY way to get a refund is IF they manufactured it incorrectly. So if you are dissatisfied with it, too bad. Second, the shipping time was ridiculously long. It took over twice the time to get the harness than it promised. Third, it was extremely difficult to communicate with them. Don't waste your money because once they have it you have no recorse.

If I could do zero stars

If I could do zero stars, I would! This company is horrible and I’m turning them into the BBB. I got my product. It was way too complicated. Never been used. Wanted to return it and they said I couldn’t. Horrible customer service and horrible company. Do not use them!!!

The item may be a good therapy item for…

The item may be a good therapy item for most dogs but if your dog is short in the legs DO NOT buy this item. Even though their return policy says 90 if not used you will not be allowed to return. Be careful as the measurements are for around the leg but not for the length. I tried to get help but they were not very helpful. Think twice.

Quality

Although, I had to wait over five weeks for my order, I am happy with the product and it's purpose. My German Shepperd dog is walking much better on tile floors with the pawvies velcro socks.
Yes, I would order from you again.
Thank you,
