🚨 WARNING: Paxful is Withholding User Funds Indefinitely! 🚨

Paxful has been holding my funds for over three years without any valid explanation.

📖 My Story: How Paxful Stole My Money
I used Paxful in 2021, completing 21 successful transactions. On my last transaction, I didn’t send out the BTC immediately, and my balance was suddenly frozen.

Since then, I have contacted support multiple times—only to receive the same generic reply every time:

“Your account is under review.”
“Please wait, we are investigating.”
“We will update you as soon as possible.”

Then, in 2023, Paxful banned my account without reason. I continued reaching out, but support kept repeating the same robotic responses.

🚨 Final Warning: Avoid Paxful at All Costs! 🚨
If you value your money, do NOT trust Paxful. They have locked me out of my funds for 3 years, and many others have faced the same issue.

I will update this review if Paxful takes action, but until then, stay away!

A trader has over 3200 trades, blocked by 57 people, he blocked 101 people, has only 1 negative feed back, I haven't seen the blocks, I went buy how many trades and how many negative feed backs, so traded with him apple card, and he redeemed it, then he said it was redeemed. Submitted the invoice of owning the code and yet your ignorant moderator won him the case, the question is where is the falier in your system that shows all those blocks with only 1 negative feedback

Paxful is the worst peer-to-peer…

Paxful is the worst peer-to-peer website to trade.

I just did my first trade today, I used apple giftcards in exchange for bitcoin. The giftcards were not used and I gave it to the buyer and he redeemed them and told me it has been already redeemed. Of course I was baffled and I wasn’t too happy but I knew the dispute team would help. They did not help, in fact they gave the buyer his crypto back and closed the chat. Please do not use this website they didn’t even help me I had to call apple themselves to deactivate the account that was used to redeem it. I was at work so I let it go and was going to contact paxful back about this with proof, they just gave the money back to the guy I hate this website never use it

Completely unacceptable from Paxful.com

Completely unacceptable conduct from Paxful! I sent a family in Namibia BTC through Lightning Network to support their reforestation and homesteading project and they lost an entire month's payment, because Paxful did not correctly assess the provided evidence. Our side provided everything they asked for, but the scammer didn't. Still they gave him the BTCs and our side never received any money from the scammer. The user was HeroicBoafish952, but this was not the first and only encounter with such a scammer. This platform poses a high risk for everyone to lose their money. Their escrow / moderation system does not work, obviously. Stay away from it!

Paxful platform is full of scammers and your right is easily lost

Below is the email I sent to Paxful after I was scammed explaining what happened to me.

Dear Paxful Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to kindly request a review of dispute case number iRxUoUhNuHY.
My Details:
Username: SleekWren547
Email:
Phone:
Location: Kuwait (GMT +3)
Role in Trade: Buyer
Dispute Summary:
On Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at 5:18 PM (Kuwait Time, GMT +3), I initiated a trade to purchase 0.00097302 BTC (worth $91.69 USD) in exchange for a $100 USD Razer Gold gift card (US/Global account). The trade was with seller PlentyHandfish964.
I purchased the gift card from en-kuwait.likecard.com and provided the gift card code in the trade chat. Unfortunately, the seller claimed the code was "used," accused me of fraud, and blocked me (I’ll explain this further below). He also urged me to cancel the trade, which, as per Paxful’s guidelines, is a known scam tactic once payment has been made.
Detailed Timeline:
Jan 1, 2025, 8:27 PM (Kuwait Time):
After the seller blocked me, I waited for the dispute timer to run out to open the case myself. However, the seller filed the dispute first, claiming the gift card was "used."
Jan 2, 2025, 4:01 AM (Kuwait Time):
A Paxful moderator joined the dispute chat and requested:
A full purchase invoice for the gift card.
Confirmation from Razer Gold support about when and where the card was used (including time zone).
Jan 2, 2025, 11:35 AM (Kuwait Time):
I contacted:
LikeCard Support, who promised to email me the purchase invoice within 24 hours. I provided the chat screenshot as proof.
Razer Gold Support, who confirmed receipt of my inquiry and started checking the usage date/time.
I uploaded both chat screenshots in the trade dispute chat.
Jan 2, 2025, 5:09 PM (Kuwait Time):
The moderator asked me to provide any updates from Razer Gold and upload all evidence either to the dispute chat or via email to .....
Jan 3, 2025, 11:00 AM (Kuwait Time):
I received:
The purchase invoice from LikeCard (attached to this email).
Confirmation from Razer Gold that the gift card was redeemed on Jan 1, 2025, at 10:26 PM (GMT +8), matching the seller’s time zone.
However, when I logged back into Paxful to provide the evidence, I was shocked to find that the moderator had already ruled in favor of the seller at 4:51 AM (Kuwait Time) — hours before I could upload the requested evidence.
Please Review This Points:
Razer Gold’s response clearly shows the gift card was redeemed in the seller’s time zone, not mine.
The seller blocked me immediately and requested cancellation (a common scam tactic).
After the dispute, I checked the seller’s Paxful profile and noticed they had blocked several other users, possibly scamming others similarly.
The moderator’s decision was made before I could submit the requested evidence, which directly contradicts the seller’s claims.
This experience has been deeply frustrating, but I trust Paxful's commitment to fairness. I am not a scammer; I acted in good faith throughout this process.

I have attached all relevant evidence to this email, and I’m happy to provide more if needed. I have also the evidence that I submit in trade chat I can provide if requested.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope you can help resolve this matter fairly.
Best regards,
SleekWren547
