zero customer service there id verification it declines government issued document when you open ticket they answer the same non sense thing .if you put your money make sure you give them for free because you cannot use it again please stay away total scam and full of scammers

Horrible, User base is great, I inserted 15$ and got 10$ what was a fair trade and I expected that, what I didn't expect is that you can't do anything with that 10$ you can't get it out paxful.

Scam platform, full of scammers. No customer support, the moderators do not give a damn, and withdrawal fees are very high. do not use. save your time and money

My account was put on hold for no reason I joined paxful and did my first trade in which I bought btc and after that I though I could sell that since my ammount was too low and paxful said we need 50$ to transfer. And I searched for buyers and found a lot of kenya scammers and they tried to scam me and I didn't get scamed and I contacted paxful support to ban those scamers after that I got an live agent when I was in trade I told him about the scamers I saw and he banned them and after that my support options was removed means I cannot contact support anymore and then paxful now put my account for voilating the term services and I didn't even did anything illigal I just contacted support to report scamers to save other and I got put on hold in the end for no reason this is the most scam webiste I have ever seen they are not protecting they are scaming with scamers.

Paxful is bad and they co partner with the seller because of there interest… they are blinded with there interest and they never consider the buyer … the moderator needs to be removed once you are been scammed by the seller they never award the dispute to the buyer it’s so unfair because of there selfish interest. This action makes the sellers to feel more comfortable to scam the buyer’s and all get away with it …. Paxful moderator are so bad they don’t deserve a platform.. you waiting for the moderator is like asking to see god immediately which can never happen.. a lot of people have this problem and the sellers keeps enjoying scamming and winning the dispute always. This happened to me several times but I was forced to drop a review after it happened again recently. I had a trade got my gift from my email I was scammed and just as always the moderator awards the dispute to the seller … And trustpilot make your findings so clear before award them so much trust

Never use Paxful. 99% of the people there are scammers. They can even have "10,000 positive feedback" but as soon as you open a trade with the person, be sure that the trade will go into dispute and will remain like that forever and as their so called moderators are taking their sweet time God knows when they shall get bored and think of coming to your case to attend.

It took me an hour to transfer money to bitcoin and no one says anything, I opened the moderator and no one answers!!! it is a shame!!! Can somebody help me?

I lost a trade dispute to a scammer (the scammers username is “ NeediTunesDaily” please stay away) making me lose over $90 , stay away from Paxful as they barely manage the platform they simply award disputes to sellers even when you provide concrete evidence and they know you’re right, the moderators barely review evidence too they join chat and just award sellers within a minute or two if you value your money please stay away from PAXFUL

Paxful is filled with lots of scammers who are ripping many. The wallet only gives advantage to sellers and none to buyers. I will advise you not to use paxful

i accidentally created a new account (forgetting i already have one) and received money on it, i opened countless tickets explaining this and begging to close my old account (which still had 0.01$ so i couldn't close it myself) the paxful bot made me wait 15 minutes just to be welcomed by chatgpt, no real human support, after 2 weeks they banned my account and now i have no way to recover my money. i am aware that having 2 different accounts is against ToS but i tried to explain this problem thousand times

Had a good time on paxful till now. the rates here are the best + i never had any problem buying or selling crypto.

Beware of the scammers tho. usually you see african accounts trying to scam you by telling you to visit a link they send you. NEVER open that link. ITS A SCAM!!

i used to like paxful. i regularly buy and sell crypto there. The amount is USTD 147 Amounting to HKD 1122. I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE WHOLE OF MAY BUT THERE WAS NO SUCH AMOUNT. BASED ON PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE I COULD REQUEST A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM MY BANK PROVIDED I COULD SHOW THE BANK SOMETHING FROM THE BUYER. THE BUYER WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE CONFIRMATION FROM HIS BANK AND BASED ONLY ON A SCREENSHOT WHICH DID NOT EVEN INCLUDE THE DATE AND TIME OF TRANSACTION TE BUYER WAS AWARDED THE DISPUTE. I URGE PAXFUL TO LOOK INTO THIS AGAIN AND COMPENSATE ME.

Hi, I tried to use the platform but unfortunately there are many thief's on it. Be carefully with African accounts the sent you links never click on them it is forbidden according the paxful terms same, there are a web called viexpal.com that it is paxful concern they are allowing those guysto write in their term of salling using that web mops they are and paxful for avoiding from doing anything thanks .

This whole website is a scam. They want you to keep doing deposits to withdraw your money. Problem is once you do one the say you have to do another one but the deposit amount just keeps going up. I do not recommend using this platform at all

I do not recommend this. There is an Asian and Chinese gang working with this site in dirty money laundering operations... I wanted to sell a gift card on this site worth 50 US dollars, but the referral was made... with the help of the site broker... I am now in the process of filing a complaint with this site because Provides fraudulent and suspicious money laundering operations...from China

My wife sent me like 8cards i have been redeeming successfully at Nosh till I decided to try paxful because of their rate ,this criminal redeemed my card and presented only one prove and with confidence he knows paxful would judge the dispute in his favour

Stay away from paxful ! It's full of scammers ! And they don't help you at all when you have been scammed in a trade ! Somehow the scammer got access to my paxful account and changed the password so now i can't get back into my account!

It's not safe at all !!!
