I have been using Paxum for around 7–8…
I have been using Paxum for around 7–8 years and I receive payroll payments through Paxum.
I contacted Paxum/PaxumBank support regarding the “For Everyday Needs” loan/credit line advertised on the PaxumBank website. The website clearly presents loan services and mentions that users receiving payroll through Paxum may qualify.
However, support replied that loan services are currently not available for both Paxum and PaxumBank, and that they do not have any timeframe for when this service will become available.
This is very misleading. If the loan service is not available at all, it should not be advertised on the website as an active service. As a long-term customer receiving payroll through Paxum, I expected clear and accurate information, not a public page advertising a service that support says does not exist at the moment.
Also, when I tried to register on the PaxumBank portal, it said my email already exists, which suggests I already have or had access to a PaxumBank-related account. So the issue is not simply that I am not eligible — support stated the loan service is not available for Paxum or PaxumBank at all.
I would appreciate more transparency and updated information on the website, because this creates confusion for customers who rely on Paxum for payroll and financial services.

I have heard that Paxum provides relatively fast service, and many of my friends use it regularly. Because of their positive experiences, I decided to give it a try as well.
