I'm not sure yet

I'm not sure yet. I made my first payment to ATO and it still hasn't arrived (over 7 business days later) - despite everything being correct. The help I received was good, but now I need to go and spend hours on the phone with the ATO. Honestly not sure if the points are worth the stress and my time. I'm glad I allowed a large buffer of time before the payment due date. Looks like I will need to pay again. Not great.

Scheduled payments from bank account

Im only new to the platform so still learning a few things. Mostly it was has been pretty good so far.

My 1st and only payment to date, took 4 work days which i thought was a bit long.

One thing that doesn’t make any sense is you can’t to scheduled payments from a bank account? Eg. The 15th of each month for 6 consecutive months. You can add individual scheduled payments for all 6 months which is time consuming. Also you can schedule payments using a credit card but not bank account? This option would be very handy for a lot of people.

A truly competent company!

Oversll, I have been waiting for a company like this as my biggest debtor is the ATO..and as we know, paying by AMEX is...was a no go zone. Looking forward to boosting my points and also keeping the cash flowing in my bsiness accounts.
My personal consultant Anande is also brilliant. Anande called and introduced herself and assisted me when I had an issue. Great work!!

Pay.com.au eans interest holding your cash

I made a duplicate payment through pay.com and asked them to refund one of the payments. The funds left my account, it takes Pay.com 3+ business days for Pay.com to pay out the funds. If you want the funds refunded it take 4-5 business days more. Pay.com sits on your cash for up to 10 business days, that's where they make their money. This is in an age of Osko with instantaneous payments.

We process standard bank account payments via direct debit (BECS) rather than OSKO, which means it takes 2 business days for funds to clear from your bank account to us. Once the direct debit clears for a short window, funds are held in a non-interest bearing account for processing purposes.

In your case, where a refund is needed, we're able to initiate it as soon as the direct debit has fully cleared. From there, the refund is returned to your original payment method and typically reflects within 1–2 business days.

Awesome customer service

I have been with Pay.com com for my family business for about 2 years now. And had collected good amount of points so far. Platform is easy to use even for someone like me who is not very tech saavy.

I made a silly mistake with a business account payment last week and only realised it today. Went onto Online chat and received help from a HUMAN immediately when I asked for one!

Jenilyn was extremely patient with me and my problem and helped resolved my problem by reaching out to her team-members. They must have to work together to overcome my issue.

Extremely grateful for the care and concern shown by the online help team, especially Jenilyn. She made sure that I know I am being helped.

Already a loyal user but now I am a FAN!
