Totally disgusting harassment treatment! This company needs investigating! I opted out of a van insurance policy with auto net, They carried on billing me for insurance for months after even though I set up insurance with another company, I then got this dispute settled with auto net only to fast forward approximately 4 years they passed my details on to PayCRS which I contacted and spoke to a girl called IFE who then assured me this would be no longer pursued, now fast forward again and this company AJJB Law who is affiliated with CRS has now been harassing me for the same money, disgusting and needs investigating!

I’ve been relentlessly harassed by this so-called “debt collection agency” for months, receiving threatening emails warning of CCJs and legal action over a balance I don’t owe. They claimed I owed £112.91 to Klarna — so I went straight to Klarna, who confirmed I owe nothing and that this situation is now being escalated.

AJJB Law tried to intimidate me with legal jargon and scare tactics, hoping I wouldn’t check the facts. Their email blatantly attempted to pressure me into paying money I do not owe, and that’s nothing short of a scam. The way they worded their messages is designed to frighten people into compliance, and they clearly prey on those who may not think to verify things.

I’ve seen the other one-star reviews, and I’m not surprised. They’re clearly known for this kind of shady, unethical behaviour. I’ve now reported the issue to Klarna and will be taking further action if they continue contacting me.

Avoid this company at all costs. Don’t be fooled — and don’t pay a penny unless you’ve confirmed directly with the original creditor.

Farce of a company you try and call and you’re put on hold for ages then they say they are unable to take your call. I am being hounded by this company even though I have informed them on numerous occasions that I have a debt relief order. I was getting texts on Sundays and you can’t even call them back … it’s a good job I’ve not got mental health problems or this company would have tipped me over the edge

Very easy to use and set up I was embarrassed but you can just set it up online took 2 minutes

What an absolute disgrace and incompetent company.

Firstly, send me an email with wrong address on it, with no mention of what supposed debt is, how much it is or any info to help me locate the supposed debt.

The overly and disgraceful threatening letter reads

"IMPORTANT - POTENTIAL LEGAL ACTION
Our client has now sent your account for Legal review by us with the possibility of a Decree being applied
for to recover the balance owed.

A formal Letter before Claim is likely to follow shortly from our Scottish Solicitor agents Gilson Gray.
A Decree will seriously affect your line of credit and may result in enforcement action being taken. It is our
aim to resolve this without the need of taking this matter further.

So, as I like everything in writing as is my right, I go to try the website with the only info provided, a random reference number, another disgrace, the website couldn't find my reference number and then had a server error at their end.

I have no intention of phoning and I want to raise a formal complaint about how they have approached this matter.

No info on debt, amount, dates, company owed to, nothing but a useless reference number.
Incorrect address and a webshite that doesn't work.

Take me to court if you wish and I will show the court your complete incompetence and issue a counter claim.

Payment plan set up and payments made however continually harassed and threatened with emails & text messages stating that I haven’t been in contact or made payments.

Now received another text message stating that my account is being reviewed for legal action.

No acknowledgment or response to correspondence sent to them.

Absolutely disgusting.

AJJB Law is one of the most disgraceful "legal company" set up by bunch of friends, being an umbrella under CRS (Credit Resource Solutions)and rebranded as COEO Group. AJJB Law previously used dubious and unethical method (screenshoots can be attached, will be attached) to lure customers to be pay them even they are behind of primary debts. AJJB Law is expert to utilising "loop-holes" in the system (well, probably this is why they are been paid for) and if you are not up to challenge, you might find yourself being lured or scammed by "Klarna-maffia"

Klarna has been previously fined for £35m for breaching Anti Money Laundry policy in Sweden, it has been also written by "gruenderszene", Klarna drama mentioned many time by Financial Times as well...
My most honest and useful advise. Do not fall for any harassment from AJJB Law or CRS but check your bank statements, keep your records, emails, mobile app conversations and never ever let yourself be manipulated by any member of Klarna-maffia

Scam! Sent me an email saying I would be sent to court because of a late Klarna payment... I didn't have any debt.

Very quick and easy, fast replies to emails. Appreciate the option for a payment plan that suits you. Overall good experience, minus the being in debt part Ofc lol.

Still sending threatening emails regarding pre court action, despite the fact that I have continuously replied to these emails showing that my account is under payment arrangement, showing the set amount coming out of my bank (31st March) and this even shows on my account as the set amount paid for the month, shown texts about the payment arrangement MULTIPLE TIMES. But they still continue to harass and threaten and bullying and try to intimidate with threatening court action. Email sent yesterday regrading pre court action, I replied again with proof straight away to receive an email FOUR hours later ‘You haven't responded to our previous correspondence’. One, I had and two, it was FOUR hours later.. people don’t exist to serve AJJB LAW, people have lives and cant always immediately respond. An absolute disgrace of a company and I think staff should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Very easy to use. Could be easier if used Apple Pay to pay.

SCAM!!! Sending texts about Klarna debt.. never had Klarna account, Spoke to Klarna directly who have said no account or debt in my name. I called you up and asked for a Klarna order ref to which the lady said I need to clear security (give all my details, like address and name) No thank you. Ok will need to terminate the call.... Ha! yes because its a scam. DO NOT give any personal details to them, call Klarna directly!!!!

Very easy to navigate and easy to set up payment

I was in debt due to illness and payments were quickly arranged although stick with the app as very slow and not good at all . Nearly gave up but didn’t and eventually got there.
