They have bad a lot of things.. Worst of all, they added fine print to our contract extension saying nothing changed.. they added a 3 year exclusivity clause. Now they are trying to sue us for half a million dollars to force us to use their service.

Paybotic never paid out our transactions. We processed a few thousand dollars in transacrtions with paybotic and they never deposited the batch settlements into our account. Scam, do not use Paybotic for your business!

The team at Paybotic helped me expertly navigate what has been a very difficult process with other cannabis payment processors. They got me set up easily, legally, and it was very cost effective for our dispensaries. Customer Service = awesome! Great response times and a solution is always found. Accurate reporting and good dashboard capabilities. Easy to use on the retail floor, both wired and wireless terminals. We rarely have issues and if we do, they are resolved within 24 hours.

We have been using Paybotic's services for almost 2+ years and whenever we need technical help, hardware replacements, or general support they are timely and understand the effects on our business needs. Hardware shipments are always expedited and arrive quickly to minimize equipment downtime. Device service is reliable, and back end reporting is straightforward and easily accessible to verify transactions almost immediately.

The machines have been reliable. The service has been very good. The only issue is the fees. We pass them on to the consumer which pushes up our prices in a very competitive market.

Aditya has done an excellent job handling of our account. The hardware at times has been problematic but we are going to be with Paybotic going forward because of their excellent customer service, mostly by Aditya.
