CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS!

CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS!! Don't Walk - RUN!!!

Flat out scammers. Shady operation in every way imaginable. They won't return calls, they lied about the terms, they never paid any referral fees.

They are known as the "Bernie Madoff Of Merchant Processing".

Refer these guys only to your absolute worst enemies.

Find Anywhere Else For Your Credit Card Processing

I was a referral partner with PayCertify for several years. They are now 6 months late on their commission payments to me. Even while they were paying, their reports were almost always late and usually riddled with inaccuracies.

Worse than the experience as a referral partner was the experiences of several of the merchants I referred from being over charged on the agreed upon rates to incredibly unresponsive support to gateway nightmares etc...

PayCertify embodies that slogan of over promising and under delivering. 10/10 rating for salesmanship, 0/10 for delivery. Find anyone else to work with.

One of the worst experiences ever.

One of the worst experiences ever with a payment processor.
Pros: Didn't get my account completely shut down.
Cons: Awful support, consistent issues, and thousands of dollars that disappeared.
NOT worth the low transaction fees in my experience.

Pay Certify is one of the worse payment…

Pay Certify is one of the worse payment processors out there - they ask you to send in loads of paperwork, finally approve you, process a few initial transactions and then hold your money for 120 days. the customer service is really really awful or it may be by design how once they have your money they don't answer your calls and when they do they bounce your around from person to person with no resolution to your issue. I implore you not to waste your time with these scammers.

I would give a negative 2 stars if it were possible. I ran my transactions at the end of September and have yet to receive my payout. They will kill your small business!! I would sooner stick with PayPal.
