Site is easy to navigate and delivery time was spot on came super early,
however the jumper i ordered arrived smelling disgusting and was very damp

Lovely item. Shipping did take a few weeks due to the Royal Mail strikes but this cannot be helped. It was however worth the wait!
The only complaint would be is that the item is grubbier than the description given. However, due to it being a vintage item and in the sale this is ti be expected.
Very happy and I would order with them again.

Terrible customer service. Hardly respond to emails or insta messages. They explained on their story how the Royal Mail strikes would effect delivery times (understandably not their fault) however they said to message them about our tracking number; so I did and proceeded to be left on read. I will be applying for a refund through PayPal because payday vintage won’t sort it themselves. I’ve ordered other things which have been delivered by Royal Mail since ordering from payday vintage but it still seems as they haven’t even posted it as my item says ”unfulfilled” and they can’t send me my tracking number. Be weary ordering from them, a few people have had the same problem even before the mail strike.

Haven't had any feedback from paydayvintatge on my order. This is not good. I ordered on the 26th of November

Ordered 3 items or which only 2 arrived (after 2 weeks). Chased them for the 3rd item and was told it had been dispatched. Over a month since it was ordered and still nothing. No answer to emails requesting a tracking number or a refund. You hve been warned.

I've bought a FILA sweatshirt from this place. It appeared fine in the pictures but when I received the item the collar was stretched and it just looked ridiculous when I wore it. It's just not a simple "wear and tear" but just damaged item that should not have been sold in the first. I've sent an email to the customer support but they've refused to refund the postage fee even though they are the one selling the faulty item. They then just completely ignored my email and I've lost 8 pounds in total. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend, there are more reliable and honest vintage clothes shops.

I ordered a Burberry 00”s jacket and it’s in great condition, i was hesitant in ordering at first but I messaged them on instagram and emailed them to ask what the condition was truly like and that put my mind at ease, I ordered the jacket it came in a few days and it’s as they described it to be and basically for it’s age 20+ years old I would say perfect condition, 10/10 would highly recommend and if you are worried on ordering something and it not being right or whatever just message them and ask them they will surely get back to you! 🔥🧥🙌🏼

Both of my hoddies were in great condition and whenever i needed help i would text them on instagram and i would always get a response.

I've already orderd like 10 times and the pieces were every time like the description. Even the shipping to germany was no problem. They have a big range of vintage pieces- a dream for every vintage clothes lover!
Cutomer care is also very good and they are very friendly. :) It is my favorite vintage store.

Shipping to Germany took a bit longer but in the end everything worked smoothly. The customer support responded quickly and was very friendly. The clothes are in great condition and still fit perfectly!
