Great bunch of girls!
I don't normally do the payroll, just covering maternity leave at the min. Ciara in particular has been a massive help, talking me through different situations, so helpful and nothing is ever too much. It got to the stage I was nearly too embarrassed to ring to ask for help but had no other option and Ciara put me at ease right away. I have had to ring every month since August to get help with payroll and it is no problem to the girls - mortifying for me! All girls are very helpful and have fixed/helped there and then. So grateful to everyone at Payescape for all their help and guidance.

Started using payescape in Jan 2019. They have made payroll so easy even if you are not a pro at it that doesnt matter they provide a great service and do listen to help make the experince and working realtionship easy. I have been lucky to have Emma who each month does a fantasitc job, great communication and nothing is ever a bother. If i moved company i would tyake payescape with me.

Unprofessional and unqualified
Unprofessional, unavailable and completely unqualified to handle anyone's payroll. This company seems to struggle with the basic components of payroll and be under the delusion that they are somehow above the HMRC. They are unwilling to correct errors they have made and seem to have quite poor communication with the company's who employ them. Truly appauling service.

Payescape onboarding experience
Our onboarding experience with Payescape was great. Our Implementation Account Manager was on point managing all aspects of the setup and kept everyone on the clock. Kudos for some great customer service from Zara.

Payroll Turn Around
I am going on vacation and had requested that the payroll be turned around as quickly and accurately as possible. Zara attended to the payroll and all was as expected. I appreciated the accuracy, quick turn around and communications I received from Zara.

Switched to PayEscape from a poor payroll provider and couldn't be happier!
We've been with PayEscape for around 10 months now, switching to them after a difficult time with our previous payroll provider and it's been an absolute breeze! From a very easy and smooth onboarding with lots of support from their team, to really knowledgable, fast, and meaningful ongoing support from Andrea, our main contact. We've really noticed significant time saved on payroll administration since switching and couldn't be happier.

Implementation of Payescapes.
My Implementation Specialist, Zara Brown, was the best part of implementation. As someone that is learning UK payroll, along with a new system, she was so patient and educational. As with all implementations, there are bumps along the way. Zara handled them with a great deal of professionalism. I wish I could keep her as my life line as that is how I have view her through this process.

Efficient & User Friendly
The new payescape portal is amazing. It is efficient and very intuitive with the new functions such as pro-rating salaries for new joiners and leavers. It is much more user friendly and I have picked up the use of it very quickly.
