Huge fan of Payfit they have made our payroll process more streamline and are so helpful on the customer service side of things. There is never a question too big or too small.

My review about Payfit is very good. The software is easy to use and the customer service is also responsive especially with urgent cases. Rhian and Madalina are exceptional.
We had several issues with the company we recently included due to tax codes mainly and I think the product can improve more on these aspects.

Thank you for your assistance resolving my issue. A shame the first attempt last month didn’t work. Being a little old school I do miss the ease of being able to easily telephone support as my feeling is that issues can be resolved faster in conjunction with support tickets online.

I have been very impressed with PayFit over the last year+ that we have been using their system. I've done payroll in multiple countries for over 20 years and PayFit is hands down one of the best systems I've used. Their support team is fast and very responsive. They were so incredibly helpful during implementation, especially given that I am in the US (West Coast) and they are in Europe/UK. They were always willing to work with my time constraints and our implementation was a breeze due to their help.

Very good experience for our small company (10 persons). Easy to use. Good advices given throughout the platform to ensure we respect all social obligations.
Correct pricing compared to other possibilities.

We've been using Payfit for a while now, so far so good. System is very convenient and smartly built, perfect for none payroll people. We like the transparency, efficiency and security. Helped us to reduce amount of spreadsheets and unnecessary paperwork for sure. Our employees seem to appreciate the change too.

Payfit CS team is also very helpful. They are always flexible and attentive to our needs.

Cons - we were expecting a lot more from Hibob integration. Doesn't seem to be useful in its current form but they promised to improve it.
Also we had some issues with billing but that seem to be resolved now.

After years of clunky, confusing processes to get payroll done, Payfit make it simple, reassuring, and dare I say, enjoyable. The product team goes deep into the intricacies of UK payroll without overbearing the UX. They're releasing at a fast pace. Support is fantastic. The price is right. I particularly like that they charge when you run payroll instead of just billing you monthly no matter what.

I used to anxiously manually pay my employees one by one. Now, with their Telleroo integration, it's all done automatically.

I've already forgotten how terrible it was pre-payfit era. Can't believe I used to rush to complete payroll on time, not being confident at all about the calculations. Payfit handles this beautifully with their checks (comparing gross and net pay from the month before etc).

Hell, I'd invest in this startup given the chance!

We moved to using payfit for our payroll just over a year ago and it's the best software decision I've made for a long time.
Support requests (when I'm not sure how to do something) are answered within a couple of hours.
The software is constantly improving and they listen to feedback, for example I once commented on an excel report getting the same name when downloaded for different months and a week later the report names included the date they related too. I've never experienced that attention to detail from a software supplier. I've seen other small tweaks that I'm sure must have come from other customers comments.
Finally, during Covid they reacted quickly to new rules and went above and beyond to make sure our payroll would run on time. It was during this time I discovered I'd been recording holiday the wrong way in the app, which meant the pay totals were wrong for furlough. Payfit support helped identify this, worked out how to resolve it and then did the corrections for me.
