Hello all, I make a mistake and me and other my customers sent TON without tag/memo, so id didnt deposited well, even After 7 days I wrote to techacal support and they resolved this problem so quickly, me and my partner are happy , really good support, and this system works really well, Used paykassa few times and got no any problem, thank you for service

I deliberately unchecked the last star because to me it's a bit too soon to have a final opinion on this (all the more that i hadn't yet been able to make any transaction on this plateform). This, just because right now i'm still seeking for a mean to find out whether or not it is possible to make transactions (be it withdrawal or deposit) WITHOUT the need for using QR code process... any one, any clue please?

PS Didn't find any relevant hint about this topic onto their FAQ so far... any help welcome then. Thanks

I like a very fast and efficient payment processor, the bad thing is that it takes away 4% to deposit and withdraw the same in total: 8% + shipping costs is crazy. In short, they earn more than Uni as a client, that's why I only give it 3 star.

I have to say this again, you don't have Ethereum_ERC20 USDC and Tron_TRC20 USDC
Another one You don't have Ethereum_ERC20 BUSD

This cross chain stablecoin are not implemented, you only have USDT in every chain which is commendable

I will implore you guys to implement these missing chain on the 2 stablecoin ERC20_USDC, TRC20_USDC, ERC20_BUSD

Merchant and customers will appreciate if this is look into and implemented fastly

I really love this site they give me alot opportunity with my business and them are helpful and the fee is very high.

PayKassa does not offer protection for the consumer. They tend to work for scam sites that take crypto and offer no support. You send crypto to a scheme and never get it back.

A legitimate payment service would offer charge backs on fraud and fight for your funds. They do not. Most likely they are in on the theft as they get a fee.

It is the same feature as sending crypto to a random wallet address with no guarantee.

Look into DEFI, Staking, and Liquidity Pools for better odds of a return. That way you have a smart contract on your side and custody of your funds. If you want to accept crypto payments, research Flexa.

I got robbed and PayKassa would not reach out to the merchant to help reconcile. The merchant forged PayKassa batch numbers to circumvent payouts. All the time touting how PayKassa is the safe and only way to use the service. When brought to PayKassa’s attention, I could only bend over and take the loss. They have no account managers to connect merchants with customers.

If you work for PayKassa, you are protecting thieves.

Now we wait for a generic response to this review that resolves nothing and will make me livid. Unless they agree and will refund all my deposits…..YEAH RIGHT
