Connecting with Payless Medical ended years of frustration securing ostomy supplies. Inadequate web sites and phone calls that were never answered are huge obstacles for an 80 year old woman.
Here’s my list of why Payless was my “saviour”.

Ordering by phone: Always answered in less that a minute or so.

Quality of service: Each phone agent has had excellent information in front of them so that they can immediately look up something I had trouble finding on line. These are often highly specific items with exact measurements, types and sizes.

Price: Not always the cheapest but very close to it

Delivery: Beyond amazing. Can’t even figure out how these highly specific supplies can be ordered one day and often on my doorstep the next morning. I live in Penetanguishene Ontario, a town of about 7000 people,on the southern shore of Georgian Bay. I see you are with Shopify. Please pass on these Kudos to them. Marilyn Barnett
