VARIABLE EXPERIENCE
Sometimes the response and delivery times for items ordered is amazing, other times not so much. I made an enquiry about a product which was going to be delayed by two weeks and was told that unless it was ordered three months in a row I couldn't expect said item to be available quickly. Firstly, this is not satisfactory, I NEED these items as quickly as possible due to fact that I have a very difficult ileostomy and I have no way of predicting how much product I will need. Secondly, no one ever mentioned this to me, it is not on the website or any where else that I could see. Thirdly, like CanMedDirect, one should be able to click on ITEMS in previous orders and just add them to the cart. Seldom do I order the exact cart, so being able to choose items would be helpful.
Fourthly, please pair matching pouches and appliances together! Trying to figure out what goes with what is sooo frustrating. Thanks
