I bought a 4 tickers for the dutch…

I bought a 4 tickets for the dutch heroes comic con for me and my partner, 2 for friday night and 2 for saturday, the money has been deducted from my account I made this purchase on the 24th may 2024, it is now 1 day away and I still have not received my tickets, and even my reference number or order number says my order cannot be found no email received nothing, guess I am going to make a phonecall to my bank tomorrow to charge back my money and make a fraud claim against paylogic as well because I see this as fraudulent business practice.

Lost a ticket due to a bug in their system

Customer service didn't reply to my email, there is no way of reaching them over the phone.Cancelled my payment after I tried changing the payment method. Couldn't get a new ticket because it was from a waiting list spot and hence lost my slot.

awfull company

awfull company . doesn t respond to change the mistake i made in my email for order 127728897 and therefore did not get the confirmation email . Only standrads mail send and after you send all info there is still no response

There is no possibilty to talk to a…

There is no possibilty to talk to a real humain in the customer service. We need to change a ticket for Dour Festival but we only have answers from a bot that does not understand the problem AT all.

Please make a real human contact me.

Due to a hack on the ticket database I…

Due to a hack on the ticket database I want to reset my password. It is impossible to do this on their site, you cannot get to your own account. You cannot even ask them to delete your account, their robot asks you for all kinds of information like ticket numer and so on and then you can,t get any further because of some cookie problem! Beware, this does not look like a professional and safe company to me!

The event organiser from whom you purchased the tickets is the data controller. Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the GDPR, you can address the request for the deletion of your personal data directly to them. Furthermore, we have stopped working with accounts for a while now. That is the reason why you are not able to change your password.

NEVER AGAIN

I am outraged by what has just happened, PAYLOGIC has just stolen a 130€ coupon for the Dour festival (75851955). I couldn't use the coupon last year because the DOUR online platform wasn't working properly. I figured I'd be able to spend the coupon on site, but no. The coupon is reserved for the online platform. The coupon is reserved for the online platform, which was closed the week of the festival. On site, someone from PAYLOGIC confirmed that the code was valid for 2024.
PAYLOGIC announce me yesterday my coupon vanish because of the expiration date in 2023

I've never seen anything like it. They robbed me of 130€ and at the end of their e-mail, they write "have a nice day ;)".
Where did my money go!!!

Paylogic customer service is horrendous

Paylogic customer service is awful ! I will never ever use this service again. My last payment plan didn’t come out I repeated tried to contact them before the dead line .. they closed the chat the link they sent didn’t work ! Now they say they cannot except my last payment as it’s past the dead line have cancelled my coach and want to pay in full to get my tickets then refund me ! Do not ever use them !

Edit And below they offered me a
solutions - yes they lied and said no coach’s available so couldn’t refund my coach .. coach’s are available !! They want me to pay for my ticket in full again rather than the £59 or transfer the funds on to the tickets for me to pay the difference !

Awful company

Awful company, just logged in to try and find my tickets for forbidden and my payment plan has been cancelled? I recieved nothing from pay logic saying that an instalment had even failed let alone been cancelled. I’m absolutely furious about this as I’m now losing all of the money I had paid on the previous instalments and pay logic didn’t even send an email to let me know. There is no customer service at all only a form that clearly no one is checking to respond to, no phone number, no email and the online chat has been offline since 7pm last night. My transaction number is 208362102305 please rectify this

So shocking

So shocking! Never again. HOW is this customer service?! However reading the rest of the reviews this isn’t uncommon!! Majority 1 star reviews across the board. I have been trying to get hold of someone to speak to regarding my forbidden forest ticket!! Which is roughly 3 weeks away…. I’ve had problems with my payment card and again can’t get through to anyone to ask questions about it and there wasn’t anything on the website that helped me. Now the link has disappeared! I need to pay off my last instalment, this is something I’ve been looking forward to for ages I need to speak to someone and get the last bit paid?!

Honestly would have given no stars if I…

Honestly would have given no stars if I could, I had to cancel my event through paylogic, even though I had protection cover and they refused my refund.
My mother was attacked and is undergoing serious distress and discomfort as she is afraid that her attacker will come back for her again, dealing with PTSD and is being heavily medicated and I was instructed to move home from Australia to be in the house to protect her.
And Paylogic have decided (even after providing 3 doctors notes) that this is not a sufficient reason to attend an event?
Disgusting people.
Never again don't even waste your time with these criminals.

204506964062 - my transaction ID. AWFUL service. Told me I hadn’t been paying even tho I had, then someone told me I’m still paying, then someone told me it got cancelled after first instalment.

They have now sent me a link to pay off the rest, I’ve done so, and it says the April payment still hasn’t been paid!! This is an absolute joke. I want my ticket, and I’m tired of having to go back and forth with tards who can’t do their SIMPLE job.

Worst customer service ever…

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Having an issue with a ticket (all due to an issue with PayLogic). Raised the request over two weeks ago with the promise of a response within a few days. Two weeks on I am no further forward. Multiple chase emails sent without absolutely no further update. Avoid at all costs in future if there are other options.

UPDATE: Now I'm being told due to an issue caused by PayLogic that I've lost my tickets. This is causing additional losses due to other items I'd booked at the fesitval I'd bought tickets for.

A very strange situation happened to me…

A very strange situation happened to me when buying tickets to a concert. The first three attempts to pay were unsuccessful, under the pretext “Your payment method is not suitable”, the fourth time the payment was finilly made using the same method, which “does not suit them”. But! no confirmation came by email! I contacted support. No response in emails, chat is always offline. what's going on in your company? I tried to look for any information using my email and order ID, but! “there is no order with this id or associated with this mail.” What should I do in this case?

Order Cancelled when they have not tried to take the money.

I have been paying a payment installation programme. First payment went through fine but on the second one they never took the payment so I had to chase it up with them. They replied and sorted it with me but told me it takes a few days. So comes my third and final payment they don’t take it but I assume it will leave my account a few days later like they said. They then email me 3 days later saying they couldn’t take the money even though my account had the funds and cancel my tickets. So stressed tried everything to contact them to try and prove the money is there and even where the money I have already paid has gone but no reply. I can’t stress enough I had the funds in my account. It is so unfair they seem to do this to a lot people. Currently have no idea what is going to happen to my tickets or my money I have already paid. I never even got the manual email like the terms and conditions say you will. Absolutely gutted about the whole experience and might not be able to go to the festival if it doesn’t get sorted.

Started a payment plan for forbidden…

Started a payment plan for forbidden forest, paid the deposit and first month instalment no problems, since then every instalment has failed despite having the funds in my account, and have contacted them over 10 times and had no help whatsoever, live chat is always offline and just overall useless company who I will never use ever again. Don’t waste your time

I have a payment schedule with them for forbidden forest took my first payment tried to login to pay this however does not recognise order number or email then cancels my instalments. When I try contact them on instagram or email I get no reply, live chat is always off. TERRIBLE company DO not use them.

DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!

1st payment went through fine, 2nd one they say has failed despite me having sufficient funds in my account. Tried to do it manually as instructed by email, also says “failure” to pay will result in my tickets being forfeited with no refund. This is so disgusting & unfair.

Also tried to get access to my order, copied & pasted the transaction ID as well as my email address & it says “combination not found” 🤬
