I’ve worked with 8 merchants. There isn’t anyone better than Jessie at Payment Cloud. First of all, she works as fast as you will, which is unheard of for me, but she’s so thorough and patient with all my questions and she follows up to make sure everything is smooth. I’m just blown away.

We're considering "high risk" by companies like paypal and stripe - Jessie got us set up with an amazing processor with a payment gateway in no time.

The fees were not discussed with me, and when I informed Kirstan that I would not be applying until we discussed them, she emailed me and said she would call me as soon as she was out of a meeting. She didn't. She allowed an account to be set up and the terminal to be shipped to us anyway. For this action, we will not be using your services, and we'll be canceling our account with Wave, as well. We don't appreciate the "pressure" tactics, and lack of communication. In fact, there were 2 separate reps that contacted us and the 2nd one, Brisa, had no idea how or why that happened. She told me that Kirstan would be contacting me shortly. Didn't happen. She just set up the account without communicating with me further, when I asked her to call me. Not very professional.

I trusted PaymentCloud’s recommendation when they referred me to Kurv for payment processing. That referral turned out to be a very costly mistake for my business.

After joining the processor they suggested, my funds were placed in reserve, then moved to 100% reserve, and eventually my account was terminated while a large balance remained unpaid. This has caused serious financial stress and damage to my operations.

When a company refers merchants to a payment partner, there should be proper due diligence and responsibility behind that recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience shows otherwise.

Because of this referral, I am now dealing with frozen funds and unresolved issues. Very disappointed with the outcome and the lack of accountability. Merchants should be cautious before relying solely on referrals.
