Fraud charges totaling nearly $800 was processed by them. Not sure how it happened, but hopefully this company gets shut down or looks at their security. Thankfully my credit card company caught it and I'm not on the hook for the payment.

I contacted this establishment because…
I contacted this establishment because my debit card was compromised thru them. My bank sent a text message with their identifier. I contacted them, as I normally would any other vendor with the same issue....they requested debit card numbers, transactions, etc. I refused and received no help. BTW, my card transactions originated in the Netherlands....after I purchased furniture from IKEA.

Okay experiences
There was some problem with my tips : Lovense didnt react to them. So i reached out, because my tips cost money. They handled my case correctly but there was no compensation, because it was a lovense related issue. I understand but would have been good to receive some free tokens :)

It is a billing provider of a cam product. They are quite responsive, or atleast they solved my issue very fast.
I had a double charge issue ( site lagged and i clicked on the buy button multiple times) and they sent the extra charge back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PAYMENT PROVIDER!!!
Please be aware that this company is alleged of helping to process FRAUDULENT CARD PAYMENTS via #Paymentico.com #Segpay #Stripchat payment processors.
It has happened to me last month and third party scammed me and used my card data simply, as it looks like, to drain my bank account by charging more than thirty times for maximum charge. These companies simply paid my stolen cash to someone. Now they claim it’s all my fault and refused to engage in any communications and try to resolve without escalations.
I understand and allegations are that they simply HELP FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS TO BE CASHED OUT
MY ADVISE IS to STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
If you NOTICE CHARGES WITH REFERENCES #Paymentico.com or #Techchathelp #Stripchat
REPORT THEM ASAP TO YOUR BANK - REQUEST TO CHARGEBACK THEM !!!
Do not BE EMBARRASSED THAT THEY WILL CLAIM YOU PAID FOR ADULT STUFF, as to my opinion IS PART OF THEIR TACTICS TO AVOID REFUNDS.
Last things, be prepared that they will claim that you are the biggest scammer in the world... :) simply it will just highlights that these companies using bully tactics to ro intimidate us.
Funny enough, there is only ONE man in charge in all these companies, who is juggling all fraudulent transactions and handling all refund requests - GEORGE
HE HAS OFFERED TO ME DIRECT CASH PAYMENT - IF I AGREE NOT TO ESCALATE THIS AND NOT COMPLAIN TO THE POLICE. I’m not sure if actually it’s crime to offer cash as an”bribe” not to report crime itself?!
THE MORE WE COMPLAIN the QUICKER VISA AND MASTERCARD WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM BY CUTTING THEM OUT FROM PAYMENT SYSTEMS
I hope #Cyprus #UK #US #Police, and #Visa #MasterCard will take apropriate action after investigation.
