I contacted the premiums team and received a response stating my request would be processed in 7 days. I then received an email from Lucy Greer who dealt with my request in a professional but friendly manner, I felt confident with the response and would highly recommend payment protection. I later contacted Payment protection by phone and spoke with a lovely lady called Haley Pearson and once again would highly recommend due to the professional, friendly and polite service I received- very efficient-? I spoke with Elaine today, who was incredibly helpful in assisting me with a quote for my buildings and contents insurance for my new home, as I am transferring properties. Moving home is stressful at the best of times, but being heavily pregnant has made it even more challenging. Elaine was so kind, understanding, and patient throughout the process.
She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions. Her friendly and compassionate approach really put me at ease during what has been a very busy and overwhelming time.

Absolutely appalled by Paymentshield
Absolutely appalled by Paymentshield. They automatically renewed my tenant insurance without my consent and increased the monthly premium from around £20 to over £80. I never agreed to this price or authorised the renewal and specifically told them not to automatically renew! They have been very very unhelpful
This feels incredibly unfair and has left me out of pocket. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
