Contacted PaymentShield due to my current policy about to be withdrwn
Contacted PaymentShield due to my current policy was about to be withdrawn by the current provider, Spoke to Julie in the sales dept and was extremely helpful and polite, She talked me trough possible other providers and after a short time came up with a new policy which i found to be very agreeable. Fantastic customer service
Policy was all done through a broker and never had to claim so can’t comment on that side of things.
But I called today to change my name and discuss my renewal. Spoke with Mark Eustace who was so helpful and friendly.
He got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Very professional without sounding impersonal. He was brilliant.

Renewing insurance by phone
Had a call with Julie this morning to renew our house and contents with payment shield. This lady couldn’t have been more helpful, there was a glitch when the payment was going through, and we had to end the call with instruction she would call us write back. She was very prompt in doing so and our payment was satisfactory completed in just a few minutes. Very helpful to an elderly couple that aren’t very tech savvy. Well done 😀.

Changed properties and had to keep two…
Changed properties and had to keep two policies running at same time. Needed to get the cover in the first place and it was very easy to deal with the customer service person. Then when i need a reconciliation and refund for time it again was so easy to deal with customers service. The the premiums department were expedient in calculating the refund and all stages were informed via email. Terrific service and great to deal with. Highly recommended.
