The worst thing that ebay has done in its existence is to change paypal for payoneer, there is no comparison payoneer is rubbish in every way.
but it also seems like a plan to steal maybe that's why ebay changed to payoneer because paypal didn't want to play the ebay game and steal, I opened my ebay account obviously they charged me and they keep stealing from me but it turns out that my store couldn't publish articles on ebay until payoneer checked my data to process my payments i gave him all the necessary information finally after more than 15 days my payoneer account was approved i tried to publish an article on ebay and bammmm ebay suspended my account without giving me a reason or motive I don't know if the ebay directors know about this and lend themselves to these thefts, or if they are just some workers who are stealing in the name of ebay.
They suspended my account but they charged me for something I don't use and they keep charging me.

The global payments service on my account is not active yet. I already opened the account 3 weeks ago and until today the account has not been activated. I sent a message to Support and on social media pages and to this day my account has not been active. This is very annoying, payoneer's support service is very bad!

Worsted global payment company forever. You can not took the annual fee in advance. I'm going to change my honest opinion from everywhere.

I can't believe Payonner is being so useless, I registered almost a month ago but so far they never provide me with bank details, my account is inactive so far, you are really incompetent, my situation is very unpleasant with Payonner, please give me the bank details of my account as soon as possible, I've already waited too long. A lot of incompetence, Very sad.

My account was being hacked so I contacted customer support they immediately blocked my account and asked for documents for verification. They required 5 days for verification but unfortunately they failed to do so. Later on I contacted them they told it shall be completed within 1 x day but it proved to be useless. Next day I contacted them again now the day was mentioned them but they really made excuse and told it shall be solved today. Nothing come in true I am sick of using payonner now. Totally aviod to use Payoneer because once you have bad conversation customer representative don't ask for review but if you are happy they like you to be honest.

I can’t believe they block customers in social media so they don’t “complain”.
Their customer service it’s truly awful and most of us also use social media to try to get their attention but they’ll block you and delete your comments to make their page look better.
So unprofessional, so unreliable, if you can avoid there’s so much better wallets available to use. Payonner it’s always problems without solutions while they play with your money, so stressful.

My account is in "review" since one month an half, the only answer is "please call back tomorrow, you will have an update"....

After months of pandemic, my card has been blocked without any reasons (probably due to inactivity?). After hours and days trying to speak to an human, they requested an ID proof. It's now 3 weeks the verification is "UNDER REVIEW"!

Don't even try to open a ticket, you won't get an answer neither. Wanna try the live chat? You'll have to face a never ending countdown ("estimated remaining time") which NEVER reach zero and goes up indefinitely.

Not only the WORST customer support, there's just NONE.
