A 50 euro SEPA INSTANT transaction been “in progress” for almost a week now, with support saying that the transfer hasn’t reach their bank just yet, and that I should wait another couple of working days. By the way, the transaction left my bank immediately.
Guy c’mon, it’s not 90s, even a swift transaction can’t be processing a week, let alone a SEPA INSTANT one.
Avoid this payment service at all costs
Upd: no money was received, i.e. a waste of 50 euros. Never use it

Payment left my bank, never landed to where it needed to go. Payop then emailed to say it couldn’t be processed to the site and told me that my funds will appear back into my account within 5 days. It’s been 2 months if not more and have never seen my money land back into my account. Complete frauds. please stay away from this company. I have used them previously and not had a problem, however after reading other reviews on here and can now relate to them.

Used to make a payment, my bank (halifax) made an instant transfer, but payop say it is still being processed! I have made hundreds of payments with my bank and within a minute it is showing in the other person's bank, but with payop this is not the case. It happens so often with payop (per reviews I have read) that they have a standard reply that in "rare cases, it may take longer than expected". They have way too many rare cases happening to them, so something must be wrong with payop.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
It is strictly forbidden to make payments to or receive payments from persons or entities offering illegal gambling services, including (but not limited to) illegal sports betting, casino games and poker games. The company may suspend or terminate the Merchant’s Account at any time or refuse to execute or reverse a transaction if it believes that the Merchant directly or indirectly uses or have used his Account for or in connection with illegal gambling transactions. This list is not exhaustive and it is the Merchant’s responsibility to ensure that s/he does not use the company’s services for transactions that may be considered illegal in the Merchant’s jurisdiction.
15. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
The Merchant Guarantees to PayOp that the products/services offered by it shall be in compliance with the local and international jurisdiction
The Merchant warrants and represents that it has all authorizations and/or applicable licenses required for performance of this Agreement and for offering their products/services to End-Users.
8. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
Payop is entitled by informing the Merchant to unilaterally annul any suspicious or fraudulent Transaction. In such cases, where law required, Payop may report a fraudulent Transaction to the competent authorities and/or cancel the transaction.
However I can confirm the merchant, Rolletto does NOT hold a license to transact with the UK.
It is a criminal offence under section 33 of the Gambling Act to offer gambling to GB customers without a license.
I have informed Rolletto of their criminal offences but clearly they are a scam/fraudulent website and have not resolved the matter. I have requested a FULL refund of all deposits but they have refused to engage with me.
In light of all of the above I expect PayOp to fully refund all payments taken from my Bank account, and forwarded to fraudulent websites back to me and cease offering your services to Merchants that illegally involve UK customers. Payop have not carried out due diligence on the Merchant in question which therefore makes them complicit in the criminal acts. They have the power in their T&C's to forcefully ask Santeda to refund these transactions!
Payop are absolving themselves from any involvement of this, to which, I have reported them to MAS, their regulator who will take appropriate regulatory action, to FINTRAC and the Better Business Bureau. I will be proceeding much further to all local and national news platforms to raise awareness, and further Canadian/Singapore & UK authorities.
It is illegal for any online casino, regardless of its jurisdiction, to miscode transactions and bypass regulatory measures such as GamStop. While the specific legal frameworks may vary between countries, the practice of miscoding transactions to circumvent self-exclusion schemes like GamStop constitutes fraudulent activity and deceptive practice.
Payop are breaching AML regulations funding this third party casino (and I assume more) through offshore accounts. I believe Payop are already on the radar of Canadian Federal Law. Rolletto and Payop are using layering to conceal and disguise transactions, this obscures the audit trail and provides anonymity, which is a criminal activity.
Payop are required to conduct due diligence on their clients and merchants to prevent the facilitation of money laundering activities and legal responsibilities. This includes understanding the nature of their ‘clients’ ‘Rolletto’s’ business, monitoring transactions and reporting illegal activities to relevant authorities.
Payment service providers, such a Payop, are subject to federal anti money laundering requirements under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act. Payop are violating these requirements.
I would hope to sort this amicably, however as this does not seem the case I will look forward to a resolution through the acquired authorities.
Please stay away from using any site that uses Payop as a payment processor.

I could have written Payop's reply before they did, a quick copy/paste stating incorrect facts that their Merchants comply with their T&Cs when they don't as they certainly don't have a UKGC license. I'm not sure what interest it is to you protecting them when you have the power to instruct them to refund under breaching your T&Cs. The payments were directed to a UK FCA regulated account

Tried making a purchase using their payment gateway. After 3 days it's still not come through. Bank said it was immediate on their part. Does it take 24 hours for them to register and they are just completely offline during the weekend? (Send an e-mail to them in the weekend and got an automatic reply that it was outside their business hours). Come on it's not 2000 anymore, it shouldn't take 3+ days to pay for something.
