PayPal have shown thier true colours…

PayPal have shown their true colours with siding with the seller on this case.
Despite my using PayPal Credit, thinking like with Visa credit cards, if a seller defrauds or sells you something unfit for purpose, then they will refund the card holder and seek recompense from the offending seller.
Not PayPal...beware! Things are not what you might think.
Dodgy Chinese seller selling laser mole and skin blemishes remover, what was delivered? = fake blue LED pen that would never work based on fake technology. I will never trust PayPal Credit ever again! 😒

Complaint format over automated and complaints seem to be not understood

The complaint procedure is initially an automated process which does not comprehend issues, the choices are very poor in selecting a complaint. Making things short, I paid for goods and did not receive them, but paypal would not let me talk on the phone to anyone for assistance. They found against me and no recourse available, case closed. They refuse to talk to people by phone.
