Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service. I have had Paypoint for over 6 years now and don’t think I have made a penny in profits despite doing over 100k in transactions every month. All the “profit” you earn goes back one £130 terminal rent and the rest goes in cash deposit fees at banks. I’m pretty sure at this point I’m losing money. Their footfall increase claim is a joke, over the last few years I can count on one hand the amount of times a Paypoint customer has bought anything from the shop. Also, recently I have realised their customer service doesn’t exist at all. I have had an issue with my terminal for over a month now and have rang them so many times and been unable to get through to anyone. After waiting on the line for more than 40 mins at times the call just disconnects it self. I have emailed them and they rang once but I was not at the shop so I told to rearrange for a time when I will be at the shop to go through and i am still waiting. Still not resolved the issue and they still charge £130 a month for a terminal that stops responding randomly throughout the day. I don’t know what has happened over the last year or two because I used to be able to get through to their customer service without any issues. Overall it’s not worth the issues I would say.

Horrible company
Horrible company. They ask you to add a review when they set up the service as it’s usually a reasonable experience. After that you’re on your own. Some help with parcels online but no help for retailers for any other issues. No replies to emails. Am on hold for half an hour to get through to someone at present. Non existent support once they sign you in. They stop the services whenever they like (take away parcel services) and you’re just paying for nothing. Shady tactics by sales people too. We were told if we take the card terminal it will be 20 pounds cheaper per month by that has not been the case. Stay away or try and find out for yourself. Good luck.

Absolutely shocking customer service from PayPoint. Even after leaving a review on Trustpilot, they replied publicly saying someone would contact me – yet no one ever has. I’ve also sent emails, and those too go unanswered. How on earth is a customer supposed to actually contact this company?
At this point, I’m considering cancelling my direct debit and pursuing the matter legally, because clearly PayPoint does not take customer issues seriously. What an absolute shame of a company – no accountability, no communication, and no respect for customers
