DOS2USB doesn't go. Have paid for licence fee but it says "invalid Licence Key" I haven uninstalled program as the program was obviously corrupt. Please send me the correct program & licence key.

I am speaking as a merchant, we were onboarded with all the promises that our business was compliant, their only interest was to take us on board. We were taken onboard after 1 month they dumped us because their compliance department woke up saying that we are not compliant. We were dumped in two days with no chance to re-organize, it was a real trap. Completely unprofessional, we were not vetted at the beginning, we were wasted time, really not serious. Be careful before you waste time and opportunities with other providers.

So honestly I was scared to have been scammed as after the payment, instead of delivering my product, they asked for mobile phone, address, credit card details.. it was really weird as this never happened in 20 years of me buying online stuff.
HOWEVER they delivered the product after I replied to their email and they were also very quick, it took maybe 2 hours by email.
Overall a good experience, but still very weird that I had to provide details of my address and credit card.
However purchase was smooth and everything worked out well.
