Been using payrange for a couple years now.so far things have been good no big problems.i like the fact you do not have to use coins and you use the app to down load monies for laundry use.will keep using the app until problems arise where I can not control.but to anyone looking for a great way to save time and want simplicity this app is easy enough for anyone enjoy this review.

5 but nothing in vending machine is 2 dollars so deal n rewards useless

Worked perfectly; no issues experienced. Convenient and sanitary; (I don’t have to hold cash.)

It shouldn't be so frustrating to use the machines. They're pretty straight forward. I keep getting double charged for single use

I'm suggesting that Pangea's Maintenance needs to fix washing machines and dryers on a regular basis. I went to wash my clothes & washing machine #1 & #2 needs repairing. And I thought that Pay Range refunds your amount lost from the machines. They could have refunded the money back from your credit or debit card. They need to repair all dryers and washing machines.

App is so easy to use and very convenient

The app timer and the machines do not seem to be in sync, sometimes it's off by 7 to 8 minutes. To the point that when I start the washers I'm setting my own timer on my cell phone because I cannot rely on the time that I'm getting from the app.

The apartment complex that uses you let the laundromat become gross. Over half the machines don't work and there is an unbearable stench. Plus there are way cheaper options around here.

Amazingly seems to work smoothly every time 😉 although the actual machines are worn🤗

Pure convenience. I don't carry cash as a matter of habit, so not having to revise that when I go visit the laundromat is just absolutely fantastic, and this app makes that possible.

Every laundromat should go cashless.

I appreciate being able to do my laundry without getting change. It is really convenient and saves a lot of trouble. I do not typically carry cash so getting change is a hassle. The service is responsive and has worked without issue every time I've used it.

That made my experience good it's because the app is easier to use. No more time to set up what you need

Everything worked fine, and I was spared having to chase down coins for the laundry machines.
