I have been using Paysera for almost 4 years for my personal financial needs, and I never expected such terrible treatment.
My account has been restricted, leaving me unable to access my money and disrupting my everyday life. Paysera provides no clear explanation, no timeline for resolving the issue, and no concrete solution. All I receive are generic responses saying that they cannot tell me when the problem will be resolved.
After 4 years of being a customer, this is absolutely unacceptable. A financial service should provide reliability, transparency, and basic respect for its customers. Instead, I am left without access to my funds and with no idea how long this situation will continue.
Think twice before trusting Paysera with your money. You may be a loyal customer for years, but when something goes wrong, you might discover how little control you have over your own funds.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service.
I would like to share my personal experience with Paysera so that others can make an informed decision.
First of all Paysera is a Lithuanian electronic money institution (Paysera LT, UAB), licensed and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. It operates under Lithuanian law, not under the consumer protection or banking laws of my country.
This means that any dispute falls under a foreign legal framework.
My account was restricted and later closed.
Paysera indicated that this was for security reasons, but I was not given a detailed or specific explanation of what exactly led to this decision.
From my perspective, the process lacked transparency.
After the account was restricted, I was unable to access my funds for approximately one month.
Eventually, Paysera asked me to provide the details of another bank account so that the remaining balance could be transferred.
At the time of writing this review, I have still not received the money, and I have not been given a clear date for when the transfer will be completed.
In my experience, the lack of clear communication and the time it has taken to regain access to my own funds is frustrating and stressful.
When I looked at public reviews, I noticed that many other users on Trustpilot describe similar situations involving account restrictions or closures and delays in recovering their money.
Anyone considering using Paysera can easily check these reviews for themselves.
I am sharing my experience so that potential users are aware that account restrictions can occur and that recovering funds may take time and require additional steps.
Anyone considering using the service should also keep in mind that it is regulated under Lithuanian law.
I will update this review once I have received my funds.

The worst finance and online bank.
This company was there for ages before revolut and other bank apps no wonder why they are still small and unknown becuae of their shitty mind set and bad management. They will hold your money and keep you as captive while they will ask you to do video verifications that takes days.
Do not use them avoid them.
The reply they sent here is a lie. They take ages to reply and they keep requesting documents endlessly. Avoid this online bank it will make your life go through hell or European bureaucracy. Avoid and avoid and avoid

I’ve had an excellent experience with Paysera. Their compliance team handled my case professionally, responded quickly, and kept me informed throughout the process. I particularly appreciate their respectful communication, efficiency, and willingness to review my documents and resolve my concerns.
What impressed me most was the way they treated me as a customer. Their prompt response and professional attitude gave me confidence that my concerns were being taken seriously. Great customer service is not just about solving problems; it’s about how you treat people along the way, and Paysera did exactly that.
Thank you to the Paysera team for your outstanding support and professionalism. You have earned my appreciation and trust. I would gladly recommend Paysera to others looking for a reliable financial service with a responsive and customer-focused support team

I work online for 7 years and Paysera was the best bank to withdraw my money. Plus it's very easy to use.

I am extremely disappointed with Paysera. They froze my account without providing a clear reason, and my money has been held for two months without being returned to me. This is completely unacceptable. I have tried contacting their customer support by email and phone, but they have failed to respond or provide any proper explanation or solution.
It is incredibly frustrating to have your own money withheld while the company ignores your attempts to resolve the situation. A financial institution should treat its customers with respect, transparency, and professionalism, but Paysera has completely failed in this regard.
Two months without access to my own money, with no response and no resolution, is unacceptable! I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their money. I would not recommend Paysera based on my experience. The company needs to take responsibility, respond to its customers, and return their money without further delay

The worrest banking EMI ever seen and dealt with it , since i'm algerian they have an issue with the algerian goverment so they close algerian account under "terorrist close " in their terms and conditions and even you provide to them all the invoices and proofs of your transactions they will freez your money and let you contacting them every time and they will make you angree and if you speak or write about this they will close and terminate your account under " damaging a company's reputation" so becarefull they are not honnest and they are gangesters , Crypto is the best solution rather than this EMI company paysera or traditionel system
Reply : Your company will shutdown that's a promisse from me this is the last year because you will have issues with all countries , and i have provided all the documents you have asked for but you closed the account anyway your company will collapse.
