This company is going down the drain

This company is going down the drain. It used to be no1 but their agents letting them down be it Addis Ababa ones and here in London.
Money not paid, no agent to contact in London.
I bid you farewell after being a long-time customer.
There’s no customer support at all.

this is one of the worst companies to trust with your money,they declined a transaction that i made , and yet they didn't refund my money back to my acount , it's been two weeks and every time a call them ,they're telling me something went wrong and they're going to start the process again?

Terrible Experience – Constant Delays and Poor Communication

I sent $30 on April 1st, and after 8 days of waiting, I provided my ID as requested, and my account was approved. Today, however, they asked for the receiver’s ID, which I cannot provide. This feels like a never-ending loop of requests with no clear answers. I called customer service two days ago, and they promised the transaction would be processed by today, but now they're asking for more information. The communication is poor, and I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of clarity and constant delays. This is not the service I expected, and I would not recommend it based on this experience.

Paysii is one of the worst remittance I have used their customer care they don't want to help customer I send last night a money and they hold it, when I call their customer care they said your document is not valid after that I send it my share code and they said they don't have access to use share code so send us as a pdf also their u.k number is connected call centre in east Africa and they don't have access to use share code as right to prove my residence in u.k , customer service they are not in u.k and they are using u.k number so any one to send me use other remittance

Worst experience

I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of sending money for my mother. I downloaded it and set up an account and sent money soon after. However, this money kept saying processing and was not sent. This was due to my account not being verified, so in order to solve this I sent in my passport photo which was out of date. In order to see if I could still use it as proof of my identity I called the customer service line. The first time I called, the person on the other side of the line kept repeating “hello” multiple times. After finally talking via email (which was also very long winded and required multiple emails) I sent them an email with all the required documents and they said it would be verified and it should be sent soon. However, it wasn’t sent until a few days later and lots of customer service calls.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They never answer a phone and the message sounds like you're calling a very small business or someone's house. Then they will never return your call. Ive been attempting contact with them for a week. Someone made a fraudulent transfer through these guys from an account of mine and I can't get ahold of anyone to discuss the issue. If I could give zero stars I would.

Slowest payment processor!! Worst experience ever!!!

Very inefficient company. I’ve waited 9 hours for my payment to go through. I called 4 times & they told me it’ll be processed within 30 to 1 hour, on the 5th time they said we’ll make sure it’s processed while you’re on the phone. I opted for a refund instead. I used Paysii instead of WorldRemit for the first time due to its direct EVC connections. But I won’t be coming back.

Horrible customer service zero…

Horrible customer service zero communication when refund is concerned . They accept payments easily but fight tooth and nail with refunds is caused by their lack of service. Should not accept payments if you don’t have a branch at the location the money is being sent to. No one answers the phones not one replies to emails. Zero support. At this point with the refund taking this long it’s basically theft. Once my issue is resolved I will be deleting the app and never recommending as well as telling everyone I know not to use it saving them from the horrible experience with PaySii

Unfair Policies

Unfair Refund Policy: They only give you 30 minutes to request a refund if something goes wrong. But with how quickly they process transactions (just a few minutes), there's no time to catch small mistakes like a typo. This is not enough time to fix something that could happen to anyone.
Insecure System: In my past transactions, the system always showed the recipient's name when I entered the phone number. But this time, no name appeared, which made me question how secure their system is. How can you send money without verifying the recipient properly? It also seems like they don’t verify recipients properly, especially when sending to unfamiliar places like Uganda, while the process worked fine when I sent money to Somalia before.
Failure to Honor Their Dispute Policy: According to their policy, you should be able to dispute transactions within 180 days, but when I reached out, they refused to refund me. They haven’t taken responsibility for their system’s failure or the lack of security, leaving me exposed and potentially connected to an account I don’t even recognize.
I’ve used Paysii regularly, but after this experience, I’m really disappointed. I expected better security, more support, and at least some accountability for what happened. Sadly, they’re failing on all fronts. I’m asking for a full refund and for them to improve their security systems so this doesn’t happen to others.

TDLR: I tried sending money to my cousin, but I accidentally typed the wrong last digit of their phone number. Because of that, the money went to the wrong person. When I noticed the mistake, I immediately contacted customer support 16 minutes after the transaction, but by then, the money had already been sent—just 3 minutes after I made the payment. They are opening me to legal liabilities because they allowed me to fund an account that I don't know and clearly Paysiii doesn't know either!

Well I get my issues sorted out well that was the money has been prossesing instead been paid. So all you need is the first time to send id-kontrol to the chat or call the paysi stuff to get it sorted out the problem. Thanks to the service stuff called Nuraddin. Great customer service

My experience was made great by Nuraddin, who provided me with great customer service, swift responses and resolutions. It’s rare to get quality customer service from remit apps like that, so I will definitely be making it my main remit app. The whole process was quick, easy and informative.

Worst remittances company ever
Their customer service lines are almost non exist and terrible unprofessional. If they ever answer calls which they don't usually, they'll hang up on. They'll find an excuse to block 🚫 your account when the system picks up your location, an area no cover by their service for example Africa.
They'll blame you when ask to unblock the account, by claiming you forget your password.
