Staff are quick to respond to queries and happy to resolve any issues you may have. In addition, they are polite and professional. Unfortunately, I can't recall the names over the three years period I worked under at PayStream however, the last contact I liaised with was 'Tom' who I found to be very pleasant and helpful. I would be delighted to have an opportunity to use PayStream's services again- highly recommend.
