Aside from the fact it is an excellent product. The support is phenomenal! Nothing has been too much trouble and solutions found quickly to any problems. I highly recommend Paythen.

The company always makes things right, and their customer service is top-notch. The system is great, easy to use, and visually appealing.

Scammers. Service is terrible. Takes a long time for anything to load, buffering nonstop. Worst service in Canada. Avoid their iptv service like the plague!
As for customer service its worse than the service itself. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY...You will not get it back, even if you do not activate the service. A friend paid them by credit card and tried to cancel the service on the same day it was ordered and still can't get his money back.
UPDATE: NO, I know exactly who you are I tried to get a refund for your service, You took the money from my account and you didn't refund it all... you kept some of my money. FYI it says your company name on the payout. IF you take money on behalf of another company than do not return it you are the one who is responsible on paper for that money. The service was crap and you got paid for it that means you get the review for it. IF another company had taken my money I would be giving them a review!

You likely have a dozen iptv scammers you are taking money for and that's on you. Do your due diligence to find these so-called smartiptv guys!
Further Update. While I appreciate the fact that you have discontinued doing business with these people, it doesn't change the fact that I paid "Paythen" and did not receive my money back from "Paythen". You have to understand that while I have sympathy for your position I am still out the money and the only name I have on my bank account to hold accountable for that loss is "Paythen". I would suggest that you take steps to make sure this kind of behavior does not happen in your name again. I wonder how many other people have been victims of this fraudulent activity! I am not removing the review because as it stands I was ripped off by a company using your name, and I have not received my money back and likely never will! My review will stand as a reminder and a warning to other consumers as to what can happen to them using this service. The company says that they returned all my money and that I should talk to you or my bank. My bank says to talk to you. Either way I've wasted enough of my time on this. Nobody is giving me my money back so the review stands as it was your company that got the money and it was your company that did not return it! Clearly this would not have happened had Paythen returned all the money it took immediately, but I digress, we cannot change the past, only the future. I hope that going forward you remove bad actors like these before they charge people money in your name, and if they do that you take steps to make sure all money is refunded in full! Had I been fully refunded by you immediately the same day you took the money and the order was canceled, this review would not be here!
Please stop asking me to remove this review. As I have stated numerous times, your company got paid for something I did not receive! Until now I have still NOT received all my money back! I dont know why you even took my money but please fix your company and you won't end up with reviews like this in the future. Good luck, I hope you are able to fix this going forward, because you have numerous bad reviews already!

Re-read my review, last year "Paythen" took money from my account for crappy IPTV service! End of story! Stop asking me to change my review!

I have installed it as a payment method in woocommerce, my website has some peculiarities (sales funnels, cartflows, cdn, various plugins, etc...) different from a "classic" ecommerce.
Just by contacting technical support, they have accessed my website and they have immediately solved the small inconveniences I had.

I had an issue that I perceived as hard to solve, likely time-consuming. So, I reached out to chat for help. I was responded to in a short amount of time and all my questions were answered thoroughly. My agent was polite and offered up solutions to help the issue from not happening again!

Been using Paythen for about 10 months now and it works very well for our business. We can offer our customers a way to pay now or via instalments over time. I'm not very tech-savvy but it makes things easy.

We are an afterschool organization who provides high level of service for our clients. We used Paythen last summer, and suffered several mishaps from overcharging subscriptions which detrimentally affected both our reputation and billing. Not just once, but several of our clients were affected to the tune of over $8000 in extra fees that we had to return. Paythen's customer service is slow and irresponsible as well, with little remorse or financial returns. Look elsewhere, there are plenty of software that can handle your subscriptions aside from this company.

I have been using Paythen for just over a year now to manage subscriptions for my coding class participants. I have found it to be a very good service with top notch support. Anytime I need help or support they have been very efficient and proactive to help me.
