Lamentable experience
My parcel was delivered to the wrong 'point de livraison'. Although bPost has sent me several letters telling me it was at the local delivery point I selected, after 2 visits to the Delhaize in question, it wasn't there. I contacted Bpost, and they told me that it had been delivered elsewhere, that they couldn't do anything about it, and to make a complaint to Pazzox. Pazzox took a few days to reply, then told me the address of the completely different place it had been delivered to (which I cannot get to due to a hip complaint which keeps me local). The only option they gave me was to wait until 18 December when the 'colis' will be returned to them... and to send it out again to my originally selected delivery point. All that means I will have paid nearly €100 for goods that I will have had to wait 3 or more weeks for.... I will never use them again.

In the last shopping I did in your web, I received the package opened.
The package, It wasn't covered properly.
If you sent me some extra product, maybe someone took it. Into the box was 1 space empty.
I would like to send fotos about the pakket how I received in bad conditions but your system does not permit to send you by this format, if you give me some email address then I will send you the photos.

Product missing but didn't offer to ship it again
I order often with Pazzox and all went ok, but last time I wasn't happy at all. I ordered several products and when I received the box one was missing. I told them so, and they asked me for photos but I had already thrown away the carton. I just wanted the product to be shipped to me again, but instead, they reimbursed the cost. I mean that's fine but for me, good service is to offer either the money back or the product to be shipped again. Because now I have to wait to order more products if I don't want to pay shipping fees. That product was important for me as a treatment I'm following.
