Disappeared order or terrible communication
Ordered 6 days ago, but haven’t heard from the company since then and now they are asking about my experience…my order either disappeared or they just don’t communicate at all, in any case my first experience with pazzox is definitely not pleasant.

Everything is Ok with pazzox
Everything is Ok with pazzox, as usual. Just waited for this order a day early as it was critical for my baby (technically, the delivery happened after 2 working days, as it was said, but I placed the order on the night between the 2nd and 3rd of the month. So I waited for it on the 3rd or 4th day of the month and received it on the 5th).

Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish. The website says that if you order before 15 hrs, your order will be delivered the next day. I placed an order in the morning for a type of dressings that are hard to get in the Netherlands, but somehow they are everywhere in Belgium. I needed those ASAP, and all of them were marked as in stock (the green tick). The pharmacy did not dispatch my order on time. Never again.

But then we still have a difference if it is immediately or quickly available. It's next to the green check mark.
Immediately available = order before 3 pm, shipped today
Fast delivery = shipping within 1 to 2 working days.
