Extortionate price, no fix and no refund!

Terrible service - "fixed" phone screen only for it to break 2 days later. When asked for a refund, was made to bring it back to Samsung to fix who quoted me £440 to fix due to a 3rd party being involved. I asked for a refund and refused. Very rude.

Suggest next time going directly to the manufacturer - 3rd parties give you no warranty/compensation!

EBay nightmare

Purchased a motherboard bundle on eBay and it came with no CPU or I/o sheild, when I asked for refund or the missing parts they harassed me calling me a bad person.

After sales shocking/non existent

All went well in the sales process, replied promptly to emails and phone calls. When I incountered a issue with my gaming pc ( unable to play games on) they were not interested in replying back to emails and phone calls even though it comes with a 1 year warranty.
