They are a scammer
They are a scammer. We requested a part, they offered the correct partnumber with the wrong brand at 70x the market rate. Easy money if you're falling for it.

After our procurement department communicated with most manufacturers to purchase, we analyzed that the shortage of various types of chips will expand and continue for a long time..
This means most components will continue raising of cost, for now purchased will save some cost if the manufacture still backorder.
You can also learn some information based on your channels (such as Google search, or communication with manufacturers).
(Due to the shortage of raw materials, manufacturers continue to increase prices)
Here we propose to reduce production! Or gradually increase the cost of your products, what we can do is to comply with market rules.

Hate to even put in one star
Hate to even put in one star. Contacted them for a part, they quoted pricing, when we went back the pricing almost doubled. We we asked for 15 day payment terms, they advised on payment in advance. RED Flag!!!
Do not bother contacting them or using them.

FAILED TO SUPPLY OR REFUND
This company took my order, took my money and then failed to supply.
We were asked to pay via TT, which we did promptly however they offered to refund via paypal which we dont have. I have requested the refun via TT several times and they have ignored me.
They are very dishonest and seemingly out to scam people.
DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.

They act like that deliberately, as they don't stand behind their offering and shipping. They will send you "look alike" products with fake labels and totally different component. And yet, they dare to issue us the COC for the counterfeit parts.
I email all the evidence and ask for refund, no one reply me. Be aware on this company, do not pay without receive goods. If you insist, pls deal in your own risks.

As Waither put it below, they act like that deliberately, as they don't stand behind their offering and shipping. They will send you "look alike" products with fake labels and totally different component on the SMD roll.
I will start reporting directly to manufacturer about behaviour of this "scam" site next week.

100% not working
I bought chips, paid and received non-functional parts.
Unfortunately, I have soldered the non working components on boards and suffered a lot of damage.
In my opinion, PCB Electronics is acting like this deliberately and with a system.
I will file a complaint with the relevant police authorities.
