Their after-sales service is the worst out there. They only care about selling the products.
I bought my smartphone with them 20 months ago, June 2022. At the beginning of the month, it went for their reparation services due to a system anomaly out of my responsibility, and it's still in the guarantee period. This week I went to pick the smartphone after 3 weeks in the reparation and guess what? It came back with another anomaly from the reparation. I went to the store, and they tell I needed to wait more 2/3 WEEKS to fix the anomaly which is not my responsibility, and don't give me any solution. I asked if they could give me a replacement for these weeks and nothing, they say they don't have it.

This is not how you treat your customers. I hope you guys become better and more efficient in taking care of your customers. Until that happens, I won't buy anything anymore there.

In response to PCDiga's reply on April 30th: It's great that you take the time to send an AUTOMATIC message but I am still without my smartphone after all these weeks and you don't even reply to my emails or care about it. So thanks for nothing.

In response to your reply "I regret the situation reported, but for a diagnosis to be made it is necessary to have the item in our possession for obligation with the accessories.": The problem here is the time you spent with the transportation, not the reparation itself. It's a very easy fix if you read my review, which you didn't. If you can send an online product in a matter of 1 day to someone's house, why could you not send my phone with faster transportation instead of making me waste 5 weeks because of bad transportation to go Leiria and Lisboa is necessary like 1 week each time? Also, for god sake, stop replying here and reply to me BY EMAIL!!! What a waste of time.

Motherboard esteticamente bonita, com funcionalidades mas que suficientes para gaming. Vem com WIFI incluído que acaba por dar jeito em algumas situações. Preparada para DDR5 que já da alguma longevidade para o futuro. Recomendo produto top.

As an English speaker living in Portugal (who speaks little Portuguese) it was great that the staff were friendly and patient, and then accommodating by helping me in English. I will shop here first for all my PC needs in future.

The confort of the chair cushions are amazing and the chair itself is super argonomic for my long gaming sessions.
I bought this product because my PC is all MSI and the chair is gorgeus.
The only negative side of the chair is the lack of RGB.

good service, would buy from here again but a little pricey compared to U.S. counterparts
