I ordered a computer mouse and this not the first time with PC diga. No complains, no follow up emails, everything happens in time.

​This has been, without a doubt, the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I ordered a TV based on the promise of next-day delivery clearly stated on the website. That promise was the beginning of a cascade of failures.
​When the promised delivery day arrived, there was complete silence—no TV, no email, no update whatsoever. I tried to be proactive and call their customer service line, but it was pointless. The phone number provided is completely non-functional; it was busy every single time I called throughout the day.
​Forced to waste my time, I went to the physical store the next day. The staff on the floor were unable to give me any information about my order or a potential delivery date. It was only after speaking to a supervisor that I was promised, once again, that the delivery would be "tomorrow."
​Predictably, the next day came and went with no delivery and, once again, zero communication. The tracking system on their website is useless and doesn't work.
​It has now been three days of waiting, multiple broken promises, and two wasted trips to their store. I still do not have the TV I paid for. Tomorrow, I will have to go back for a third time, not to ask for an update, but to cancel the order entirely.
​The complete lack of functional communication channels and the inability of this company to honour its own delivery promises is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and frustration—buy from somewhere else.
