My name is Prabhat Anttal. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 from PCdig on 18 November 2024.
Since purchasing the phone, I have been facing multiple issues, which are very disappointing, especially for a premium device. The problems are mentioned below:
1. Battery Drain Issue
The battery drains very quickly. Even when I charge the phone to 100% at night and do not use it, the battery level drops by 10–12% by morning.
2. Network Connectivity Issue
At my workplace, I mostly use Wi-Fi. However, when I leave the workplace and switch to mobile data, the phone does not receive any network signal. I have to restart the phone every time to get the network back. This issue occurs regularly.
Due to these problems, I am extremely dissatisfied and mentally stressed with this phone. I did not expect such issues from a device like the Samsung Galaxy S24.
I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and provide a proper solution, either through a replacement or a permanent repair.
