Before I start to invest with PCG I had a lot of discussions with company staff. After some negative experiences with other companies, I was worried to start again some investment, but PCG staff make me fill more confident. The staff was very helpful and I had a quick response to all my questions.

Beyond expectation

We used pcg to buy a property in Rochester, NY after first looking at a house in Buffalo. They managed everything and the house reports convinced us the buffalo property wasn't for us and that simply switched the funds to the other house without any hassle which was great.

After that they set us up with an estate agent, organised insurance and in general made it all a seamless experience

PCG showed patience, skill and knowledge in navigating a continually changing market.Investing in property in America can be a dangerous business if you are simply dazzled by the high returns and low prices without understanding the risks in that particular market as with any investment. I came to PCG early on in 2015 to make an investment on a property in New York, USA and though I have made investments in the UK, going into the U.S. markets was something were I simply didn't know we're to start. However this is were PCG came in and shed light on every aspect of the purchase and gave me a great deal of advice, support and professional service. I have recently bought a house in New York and the company are reliable, responsive, well-organized and efficient. The entire process took around just 2-3 weeks.

I realize anonymous reviews online rarely inspire absolute confidence but I can honestly say this company is fantastic and I'd advise you to buy as much property as is humanly possible through them. Why?

I found their website via rightmove. I contacted Darren and asked him many, detailed questions, which he answered convincingly. He even rang me to discuss matters, while I was abroad.

Darren provided information regarding the company's US contacts and after careful deliberation, hours of intense research and contemplation, I realized this has to be for real.

Property is relatively cheap in the US but the net rental yields in UK pounds are very impressive.

If my current circumstances stay the same, I fully intend to buy another property in the US with PCG Invest next year.

Having approached several companies regarding buy to let investments in the US, we settled to work with PCG and are glad we did. We had very good advice from people you can trust and talk to, and are always available to discuss any matter, or point you in the right direction. We now have succesfully purchased 3 properties and have additional income coming in. The whole process took less than 2 weeks from sourcing the properties to owning, and we were guided through every step of the way. I would recommend PCG to anybody who wishes to do the same.

PCG was just another name to me, I had been on the wrong end of a lot of crooks whilst trying to invest in the US housing market, it cost me $1,000's to find out the hard way how not to do it.
I decided to try again and contacted PCG after seeing the properties advertised on Rightmove.
They told me upfront that they don't get a percentage, they charge a fixed finders and delivery fee and this was clear from the start.
They sent me the vendors flyers for a few properties, they arranged the property inspections on my behalf. I decided to buy 4 properties.
2 of the 4 Properties on offer failed to meet the required standards on inspection, no issue PCG just transferred my fees to be applied to the next one, no additional costs to me.
The other 2 properties needed some works doing and I made an offer, PCG negotiated with the vendor and we we got to a deal below the advertised price.
I insisted on using my own closing agent in America, no problem for PCG, I used my own US lawyer, no problem for PCG, I used my own property management company, no problem for PCG.
Some of the actual closing took some time as PCG would not move forward until we had clear title assured and this took some weeks but it was in my interests.
One of the 4 properties could not establish clear title, no problem, again PCG transferred my fees to another property and finally I closed on all four.
Would I use PCG again?, I intend to, so yes.
Would I recommend PCG?, I have and will continue to do so.

We now have 5 properties using the services of PCG in 2014. I carried out some due diligence on PCG and so did other family members including my solicitor son before we decided to take the plunge as we were frankly a little unsure.
The path to purchase has taken a little longer, and there may be an odd little problem encountered on the way. However all issues are successfully addressed by Darren and Natalie. Trust the experts, take the advice, be chilled during the process and you won't be disappointed. Good contacts in the US that provide additional support too.

In a business where most fall short on what they promise to deliver, I have found PCG to be more honourable and professional than the competition, they also do their best to add value in extra services and add-ons designed to help their clients either save money or ease administation burdens. I would,and in fact have, recommended them to friends.

When we first discoverd PCG we were a little unsure. On the surface the investment opportunities seem too good to be true. The truth is though, they are exactly as advertised. Darren will tell you exactly how much the entire deal will cost in pounds and make everything easy for you. Our advice is just trust him, speak to him and we promise that you will not regret investing with the company. PGC will introduce you to professional teams in the US and they will take care of everything in the states such as collecting rent and setting up insurance making the whole process pretty much trouble free.
