Never use these scammers

I have got a custom built PC from this shop and the pc I bought was for a aeroplanes simulator to run like Microsoft and X plane. The guy said it will run smoothly on this without any issues.
Once I took the pc from the start I had issues with Wi-Fi as I am unable to connect to Wi-Fi without an external antenna with PC. This issue was not resolved and now today I have paid money and downloaded the simulator and I’m unable to install because of this pc does not support it as it’s version is lower what required.
This man mr Aziz promised that it will run simulator smoothly and he is giving more than I paid for.
Now all £1000 I paid is gone in drain. This pc has no use for me and the person is really unhelpful and now keeping up the words what he says.

Really sad and hurt by this pc centre

Pls avoid this shop rather purchase online they are cheaper and give you new components.
I paid £1000 for used parts and components and still having issues and the purpose is not met what I bought for.

I’m will not recommend them and pls stay away from them.
I will take this issue further to trading standards. This is unacceptable you eat someone money just for your own little benefit.

I’m here now, I have no answer to give my family why I went ti this shop and especially Mr Aziz.

They asked me to purchase from a know company.

I have trusted Mr Aziz words but now those words were just words of lie and deception.

Pls avoid this shop

Very good computer service

I had a software problem whereby I lost the use of my keyboard. I contacted PC Help Centre who advised me to take my computer to them. On arrival, they put my computer to a test on their system and agreed that they could fix it.
I got the ok from Sam the next day that he had fixed it.
I then enquired if he could add additional memory for me; increasing the SSD memory and the RAM memory. This took a little more time as Sam and his assistance Ahyaim had to copy the files from the old SSD memory.
This was completed during the fourth day and I was able to collect my computer; having Sam check the additional memory on my arrival.
All in all, a very good service.
I was parked some distance away from the shop and Ahyaim insisted on carrying the equipment for me. He said that there is parking facilities at the rear of the shop which I was unaware of.
