Farid,very professional and will explain everything how the I Mac would perform after the service, true to his word it was like having a new Machine, would definitely recommend!

As a returning I am very happy with the professionalism, honesty and quality of Farids work. Excellent customer service and communications skills, no hidden costs, full transparency and quality of work is fantastic. I will continue to use PCHomeUK and would highly recommend.

MacBook - Motherboard repaired by PCHome for 2/3rds the Apple quote and provided a years' guarantee on the repair, unlike Apple - a satisfied customer !

Great service by Farid and his team! Our MacBook Pro suddenly blacked out one day, and after receiving a quote from Apple, we found PCHOME. Although we were initially skeptical, Farid quickly put us at ease with his patient, honest, and transparent approach. He took the time to explain the entire process and kept us updated on the progress. Thanks to him, we now have a fully working MacBook! A huge thank you to Farid for helping us resolve this issue.

Although some of PCHOME UK competitors has more reviews than they have, on a different review platform, however my instinct told me to go ahead with this company irrespective that I have never heard of them before. I am ever so pleased that I followed my instinct. I contacted Farid yesterday Tuesday, 18th February 2025 in regards to the problems I was having with my printer which stopped working and I also needed a new keyboard urgently but didn't have the time to go the shop to buy a new one. Farid came to my place yesterday, the same day I rang him. He repaired my printer and also gave me some technical advise and also brought along a new keyboard for me. He was at my property for just 40 minutes only and his charges for the works and for the new keyboard were very fair.

If I have any problems again in future concerning my PC/Printer my first point of contact will always be PCHOME UK

Have recently discovered PC Home. We had a home visit last month and were so happy with the service we called upon their services again yesterday. Farid is a very patient person who is willing to explain things to us more than once. As the whole house is Apple based it is not easy to find a capable engineer who is versed in the Apple ways. More than happy with the service, result and speed of appointment. I would give 6 stars if it were allowed. I should mention that my husband has a Windows laptop and Farid sorted that out too. I am a happy bunny!

After contacting other companies in the area and having to wait ages for them to get back to me, I contacted PCHome and Farid got back to me straight away. He fixed my laptop, which had stopped charging, far quicker and much more cheaply than I’d expected. He explained everything he would need to do and showed me the parts that needed fixing. Overall I’m so happy to be able to use my laptop again which had data on I’d thought I’d lost forever. I will be using PCHome again if I ever have other problems with my laptop

Wow, what a find! Could not recommend PCHOME UK more highly and so delighted to have found Farid. As a self employed person I needed my Lenovo fixed really swiftly and PCHOME UK were amazing. My MacBook Air had stopped charging. Farid was able to identify the problem - which unfortunately was the logic board, so it ended up costing more than I would have liked, but these things happen. Farid ordered the part for me, and sorted it. There was a slight speed bump when after a miscommunication, the charger I had been using blew the board AGAIN. Farid took the laptop back and fixed it again, he only charged for the parts, which I appreciated. He was honest and reliable, and he saw it through and made sure the job was done right.

All of a sudden my external hard drive just simply stopped working. But from the moment I first made contact with Farid, I got a really good sense of trust and confidence that he could help me with this problem. I explained to him the issues I was having and he was quickly able to offer unbiased advice on how to resolve this. I then took the external hard drive to him, lucky for me he was able to see all of the data and it was determined that the problem was a faulty connector. There were several attempts to encrypt the new hard drive - this was no problem for him and he kept going until the job was done. I would certainly recommend him to people who have any computer/drive issues. He is good value for money too.
