I recently visited PC House London to purchase a 120GB SSD. Although it was more expensive than other places, I bought it out of necessity. However, I realized the next day that I needed a 256GB SSD instead. When I contacted them, they assured me they could manage the exchange. I was initially impressed by their willingness to help.
Unfortunately, my experience quickly soured. They made me wait for 2-3 weeks, repeatedly claiming that their shipment hadn’t arrived. These delays seemed like excuses rather than genuine reasons. What’s more disappointing is that they were dishonest about the situation and kept giving false promises.
Another thing I noticed is that they lure customers with sweet talk but sell products at prices higher than those in central London. Their approach feels misleading and untrustworthy.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PC House London to others. Transparency and fair pricing are essential, and they fall short on both fronts.
