Poor customer service
Ordered some massage oil. Item received quickly but in damaged condition with the product leaking through and glass pieces falling out of the box. Emailed PCHY last week. Despite claiming that they reply within 24 hours I have not yet received a response. No telephone number and the chat function is with a bot rather than a human. Wasted £28. Would not recommend. If anyone would like photos of the item, please post on here and I will be happy to share.

Thanks for getting in touch. We truly regret that you had this experience. You did indeed experience a short delay in getting a response from our customer service, this was due to us waiting to hear back from Evri, our carrier, to try to get an explanation as to what happened. We were really surprised by your photos as Evri had clearly damaged and then repackaged our parcel without telling us anything about it. We were so surprised too.
To rectify the situation, we requested a full refund for you on Monday at 11:14am, which you should have been notified of on Monday. We refunded you fully even before we had the explanation back from Evri as to why the damage occurred, because we respect that it is the right thing to do. As you felt that you 'wasted' your money, rest assured that a refund, including shipping, was requested for you.
Your experience has been heard loud and clear and we have changed some of our packaging process to attempt to improve this going forward, however sometimes accidents happen beyond our control - once we have handed over parcels to the carrier.
We hope that you feel able to amend your review to reflect the steps we have taken to make it right.

Excellent Shopping Experience
