Endeavouring to get a full refund
Sought a full refund/cancellation. Had a live chat with PC Protect [PCP] and was lead to believe this would be put into operation. I received an e mail from PCP saying they required my confirmation to complete cancellation and I duly clicked on the link. Imagine my surprise when this linked not to PCP but Totalav! This webpage informed me that I would receive a verification code but unsurprisingly no e mail was forthcoming. Have e mailed PCP support team but have had no acknowledgement/reply. It seems PCP and Totalav are published by the same developer Protected.net Group Ltd., but this does not justify such atrocious customer service. Pull your finger out PCP!

Protection is better than treatment. PC vulnerability can cause a lot of damage and regret in both economy and real life.
Today's technology can even spread serious disease through internet by using death apps and unknow software's designed for spying, stealing and killing.
What is more misleading sites and spreading wrong information.
That is why pc protection is crucial.

Amazing Anti-Virus protection.
This Anti-Virus is way better then all the other Anti-Virus companies I have experiences with, in my opinion. I love the features of this anti-Virus however there's a few extra features that you have to pay for separately which I do not like as it can get pricey. But overall, a very good anti-virus.
