SCAMMERS who take money without permission
This company used my credit card details to renew my subscription without my permission. When I queried this they claimed that I have exceeded the period for refunds. So basically if I were dead they would have claimed money against my credit card and the money would have basically been stolen from the estate of the deceased. They believe they can just take a renewal subscription without you confirming that you are still interested in the product. This is fraudulent behaviour.

Dissatisfied for a couple of years i have been…
for a couple of years i have been satisfied with pc protect but for the last 8weeks i have been having trouble with routine system scans.The usual message setting scan appears but after a while it says system dis connected or words to that affect. this has happened about 6 times and i have go in and download and reinstall.the last it would not install so now i have no protection.I have seriuosly considered cancelling my subscription over this issue!
