PCPS handled a drying-out and restoration project to my flat following a significant water leak from above which had persisted over many weeks. Project management and communication were excellent throughout. They were totally professional and delivered a first-class reinstatement. I would have no hesitation in recommending PCPS.

PCPS from our first call for help from a leak with flooding and damp, right through a year later to the restoration of the flat, have been a pleasure to deal with. Guiding us through insurance claims, advice on materials, project management but above all a very high work ethic, which has taken the stress and pressure out of what was a daunting task, to a completed project beyond our expectation.

The team at PCPS worked patiently and professionally on a very long and protracted project to remedy a damp issue, and replacement of both gas and water pipes at my basement flat in central London.
As I wasn't living nearby at the time, Bianca acted as a project manager and kept me informed every step of the way.
I finally managed to see the end result last week, and am so impressed and pleased with everything... even that cleaners had been arranged, and the whole flat looked amazing.
I would have no hesitation in recommending PCPS.

PCPS have been brilliant from start to finish - from leak detection, helping me deal with a difficult insurance company, through to a very efficient drying and re-decoration job. They took time to go through every detail (including a lot that I just hadn't thought about) and the quality of work was excellent. They were considerate throughout and the communication was excellent too. Having a big leak in your house can be a distressing experience, and I felt that I was in safe hands throughout with PCPS. My one word of advice is - if you find yourself in a similar situation, don't be fobbed off with the contractors that the insurance company will want to foist on you - make sure you use a professional firm like PCPS.

PCPS fixed a leak under our bath in our flat which caused a large amount of damage. They were quick to respond and organise a date to proceed with the renovation work.

They were flexible, easy to contact through out the whole renovations and delivered the repairs on schedule.

They managed and oversaw the work which was a great help and ensured everything ran smoothly and on time.

We trusted them entirely with our property as we had to move out whilst the work was taking place. I would recommend PCPS and use them again if needed.
