Faced with a computer problem on Good Friday we were delighted that Hefin was able to come out to assist us. He was very approachable, explained what was required in a concise and straightforward manner and sorted out the issue, as well as making other helpful adjustments to the system. After purchasing a new smart phone I needed some help and advice with it. Hefin was able to assist on the same day that I called him and sorted out some issues for me. I was very happy with his service as I have been on previous occasions

Quickly and efficiently resolved some basic computer and phone filing and back-up issues which had been hampered by the typical problem of devices failing to recognise each other. All good.

Hefin quickly detected our desktop PC issues and resolved them completely. It was a major "meltdown" (BSOD-blue screen of death) so required an expert knowledge to save all data. Thereafter, improved performance by adding a SSD rather than the original mechanical drive giving us more capacity and speed.
All in all we are very pleased with this Company. We would have no reservations in recommending Hefin to our friends and family.

I was referred to PC RESQ by a local Facebook group as it’s really hard to know who to trust about computers and internet so it’s good to have a recommendation and it’s worked out really well.

Hefin has set up all the WiFi extenders in our house (I tried to follow the instructions but WIFI was always a nightmare) and now we have WiFi all over the house. So when I bought a new laptop I trusted Hefin to set it all up properly rather than the half-a**d job I would have done. Plus the couple of times I’ve had small but annoying problems Hefin’s been happy to give me the quick fix to try myself first rather than use it as an excuse to charge money if it’s something small that I could do myself and I really appreciate that attitude when many other companies take advantage of consumers’ ignorance.

The time and stress that has been saved plus the improved performance makes it worth the money in my opinion to use PC RESQ for you computer needs and I’m happy to recommend then.

PC ResQ has rescued me time and time again when it comes to my laptop, whether it is an initial set-up, maintenance or programmes to increase my efficiency and security. I have had face-to-face appointments and remote appointments with equal success. Can't recommend highly enough.

PC ResQ Limited always respond quickly to all rquests for assistance - even when busy there's a quick acknowledgement that they know help is needed & will 'get back' when immediate job is completed. Very patient when listening to explanations & then inciteful questions. Always the 'Go To' when help needed.

When my computer wouldn't turn on I contacted PC ResQ and spoke with Hefin, who was very helpful and came out to look at the machine the next morning. He was able to quickly identify the problem, source a new power supply unit and replace it within a matter of days. Thanks Hefin!

I had a failed Apple system and an urgent need. PC ResQ was quick to respond and provided a very competent in-house service that got me up and running. I really believed I had possibly lost decades worth of computer work, which is beyond serious for someone who tries to spend the minimum amount of time necessary working on my computer. I had, none-the-less, accumulated a hefty bulk of material (photos, music, film clips and documents). I had no capacity to remedy my corrupted OS on my own. Hefin saved me from catastrophic disaster. I have a beautifully functioning system now, though, with my own slow Internet connection, it did take hours.

I can honestly say that the service offered was exceptional.
I am a total dunce when it comes to anything technical. Hefin was very patient and professional and is at the end of a message if i need any help in the future.

i would have given 5 stars and maybe i should but i thought the overall charge was a little steep
i am not complaining, the charges were set out at the begin and i knew exactly what was involved but i guess i was surprised it took so many hours that the overall charge came to nearly £600 . on the other hand, i also have to admit i have 2 pal tops, linked on my outlook so i guess it was bound to be time consuming. in short, one of the best service i have had on IT support, but expensive.
maybe i thought at that price he would take less time; maybe my bad?
