I have purchased three PCs from PCSpecialists. Recently, my latest PC was performing poorly. I contacted Support who, after some online testing, identified a W11 reinstall was required. Ryan S then spent some four hours patiently talking me through the process and taking on line control when needed. He made it a very simple, painless resulting in a successful reinstall, the PC working as new. The quality of their PCs is such that this is the first time I have sought support. It was first class! For me after sales support can in some businesses be lacking. Not so here. Well done to Ryan and Team for an excellent service. Many thanks!!

Faultless experience - I was kept up to speed with the progress of my order, which was delivered without any issues.

I’m extremely happy with my new PC from PCSpecialist. The whole process, from configuring and ordering the system through to communication and delivery, was straightforward and professional.

The PC arrived very well packaged and was ready to set up without any problems. After a couple of weeks of using it, I’m genuinely impressed with the build quality and performance. Gaming on my 77-inch OLED at 4K has been fantastic, and the RTX 5080 handles everything I’ve tried brilliantly. The system is fast, stable and surprisingly quiet considering the level of performance.

This was my move from console gaming to a high-end gaming PC, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Being able to choose exactly the specification I wanted while having the machine professionally built and tested made PCSpecialist a great option for me.

Excellent experience overall and I would happily use PCSpecialist again.

Went all out on a 5090 FE build- ordered, with expedited build & delivery on Thursday afternoon and was it was setup on my desk by Sunday.

Expensive for sure(but that the AI markets fault, not PC Specialist), but worth it for the peace of mind that its built by people who know what they are doing.

I compared prices and available GPU's against Chillblast,Scan & Cyberpower (who I've used in the past).

PC specialist came out on top price/choice wise and were great with feedback and response to questions, also a really nice touch that they send a progress pic whilst its being put together as they understand the excitement. Hopefully this PC last 5+ years, but will be back as a customer when the time comes.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for Archie Hall in tech support. The guy was an absolute legend helping me reset my PC. He stayed on the line the whole time and explained things so clearly without making it confusing. After Windows reinstalled, he made sure all the correct drivers were downloaded and ready to go. Sorted a problem I've been struggling with for two months in just a couple of hours. Brilliant company, really helpful staff.

Bought my first computer from PC Specialist 4 years ago and it's still going strong. Just purchased my second computer with PC Specialist to keep up with the mmo games coming out and like the first one it was delivered on time and it's running like a dream well pleased with it i would highly recommend PC SPECIALIST if you looking to buy a new computer. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The configuration process on the website made it child’s play to get the system I wanted. The build happened so quickly I was worried the delivery would be made whilst I was away, so I contacted customer services and they assured me they could arrange delivery to suit my circumstances. As it happened, delivery was so fast I needn’t have worried. The whole PC Specialist team are to be commended. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Getting a desktop was certainly my a bit of a gamble for me, but I am so so happy I went ahead with it! From picking out the parts, to seeing the process from being built to being tested it was amazing.

I've been a console gamer all my life, and I wasn't sure where to start when it comes to buying Gaming PC's.
I did a comparison with other retailers but the PC'S on PC SPECIALIST just ticked all the boxes. So I did some research on PC Specialist, looked up reviews on their pre builds and was sold.
The website is pretty straightforward, and the delivery was faster than expected.
The PC instructions we're straight forward. I only had to call up just to see how to customise the colours. Extremely great customer service & Now I'm IN LOVE with my PC.

I called up when my machine (bought over a year ago) suddenly stopped booting. I had an initial call with Andrew Steel who was absolutely lovely and gave me good information on how to proceed on my end. I then had a follow up call with Jeremy Bates who patiently walked me through resolving the issue and all the bumps along the way.

Both amazing guys who provided quality support with a touch of empathy that I unfortunately often find missing when dealing with similar repairs. From what I still recall I had no issues with my purchase either, delivery time was as outlined in their policy with email updates that let me know how things were moving along. Been very happy with my machine.

Could not recommend PC Specialist enough!

I live in Dublin, Ireland, and bought a gaming PC on July the 18th with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor, a 1TB SSD, 2x 16GB DDR4 RAM, and an 8GB GeForce RTX 5050 graphics card. The delivery time was only 6 days and everything has run perfectly so far. The order processing, tracking info and product quality have all been excellent.

Frequent updates were appreciated.
