Delivered as per specifications.

Took slightly longer to set everything up than was mentioned originally (order placed: May 04, delivered: May 22), but the whole process was easy to follow. The packaging was nice, and I have no issues with the PC whatsoever.
It would be nice to show the prices for each item I select in the PC builder on the website instead of just updating the total.

I recently worked with Martin at PCSpecialist.pl to build a fully custom laptop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first chat, he guided me through every component choice, making sure my specs were just right. What really stood out was his patience—he answered all my questions (even the “silly” ones) without making me feel uninformed.

Fast feedback, order preparation, and excellent quality!

Well-assembled computer, delivery also OK.

I bought a professional laptop, an external display and a couple of small accessories. What I got was exactly what was specfied in the order. The laptop works out of the box and it took little time to configure it according to my needs. I've been using it constantly for three weeks now and have no complaints. The outside looks good and feels very solid, no cheap low quality materials. No preinstalled crap (besides Windows xD). My order was sent after 12 days and I was updated about its status twice or thrice in that period.

I just love my PC,is better that I expected, the package was very nice done and delivery.

Everything is great, thank you very much. I just have a couple of minor points to mention:
- The GPU support didn't function properly; it was directly obstructing the graphics card fan.
- I requested a Welcome Book in English, and although it was confirmed, it was still provided in Polish.
- One of the fans wasn't connected to the controller (possibly dislodged during shipping).

The awesome service. When I made an order I got a message from the support service about the delivery date. As they promised the delivery came on time. My laptop was packed excellently. There were not any issues. Also, I've got a guide on how to set up the system and care for the laptop.
P.S. it would be great if you add the Ukrainian payment system when you can. By the way, everything is in better condition.
I'm really thankful for so good quality product, fantastic support, and the best price.

I am very happy with my purchase, the computer is neatly assembled and has everything I wanted and running very great as well.Overall great service.

I had to wait a little bit longer for the computer to arrive as some parts weren't available but it was so worth the wait, amazing customer service and stunning computer. I totally recommend to everyone
