Not one to leave reviews usually but I feel Safwaan @ PC Tec definitely deserves one.

Purchased a CPU at 13:52 and at 13:57 I received a personalised message via Whatsapp including pictures of the item, installation instructions and to let me know it would be dispatched the same day, 3 hours later I then received another message letting me know it had been dispatched with another image of it at the post office along with tracking details and a voice note.

Then of course the next day I receive the CPU well packaged, install it and it has been faultless since.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, excellent service from start to finish, thank you.

Purchased am AMD Ryzen processor for my teenager who wanted to build up his first gaming PC. Safwaan from PC Tec fulfilled my order immediately and communication was great. Delivery was very quick and my teenager is very happy with his gift.

From the point of order through to after delivery, communication was fantastic, with thorough explanations and advice. I ordered the item late on a Friday with special delivery for Christmas and it was sent Saturday AM & delivered on the Monday!
The cpu (Ryzen 5, 5600X), exceeded expectations and my partner can now play AAA games without stutters which was experienced before.

I bought an AMD ryzen 7 5700x CPU. It looks basically brand new when arrived and could see the difference in performance instantly. Safwaan gave very good instructions on how to replace the CPU which was helpful. Also Safwaan kept me up to date with the delivery details. Will definitely buy from here again, i do recommend.
